Breakfast, front desk, and rooms are all very good, but the last guest in the room may have smoked. The room smells like cigarettes, mainly from the toilet, but it's not a big problem. Although you can't see the waterfall, it's better than hotels around the waterfall. !

Very good hotel with good value for money. Breakfast delivered to the room is very considerate. The location is good, not far from the waterfall, so you can take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the day! It’s just that the hotel’s umbrella needs repairing. It’s turned around and doesn’t keep out the rain.

Very satisfied, the price is cheaper than the hotels I stayed in in the last 20 days, but the service is very good.
The breakfast in bed made me very heart-warming.

This location is such a hidden gem! The outside is unassuming, but the moment you enter, you get hit with luxurious feels - coffee station and , jazz music, elegant furnishings, and kind front desk staff. They do everything they can to accommodate you!
Things that really stood out to me were:
- glass of sparkling wine from their restaurant/bar downstajrs to welcome you
- breakfast in bed included in your stay - instead of battling other customers at breakfast buffets, even at the other high end luxury hotels like the hilton or embassy
- gorgeous bedroom suites and thoughtfully stocked accommodations - i stayed in a 1 bed king suite with the steam shower, they even had a grapefruit scented shower steamer for an aromatherapy experience in your makeshift one man sauna! They had bathrobes, slippers, and lovely massage shower soaps. It was awesome!
- beds and pillows were sooo lovely. I loved how they had 3 soft and two firm pillows for any sleeper!
Honestly, out of all the hotels in niagara, this is the most luxe ive been to. The only downside is the location is not as central as the hilton/embassy etc. However it is definitely still walkable. for the quality of hotel, id be hard pressed to go anywhere else when staying in Niagara. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The amenities are above & beyond here. Breakfast in bed delivered to your door & the staff is awesome. Only downside is the area around it is a little shady, not a far walk from the falls but I definitely wouldn’t stay out after dark.
