This hotel is pretty good, and the price is decent for Nice. The room is a bit small though, and can feel a bit cramped for three people. But we did get to experience a really cool old-fashioned elevator, which was a lot of fun, haha! We also liked that we could store our luggage at the hotel after check-out and use their restrooms. There's a Monoprix supermarket about a 15-minute walk from the hotel – definitely recommend checking it out! Haha, you can buy local specialties, food, etc., and even fresh-squeeze your own orange juice. Plus, there's an amazing and super affordable Turkish kebab place just a 2-minute walk from the hotel (pictured in photos 9-10)! The kebabs are piled high, the service is great, and it's incredibly delicious! Such a fantastic deal! Highly, highly recommend!!!

This is a 3-star hotel, very quiet. We didn't hear any street noise at night, which was great for sleeping, though the soundproofing between rooms wasn't the best. We were a group of three, and the room size was decent. It was also the first time in France I've encountered a hotel that provides slippers! Housekeeping was just okay; one day they forgot to replace our towels. The location is about 1 kilometer from the old town and the beach, which is an acceptable distance.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was genuinely the worst treatment I’ve EVER experienced when traveling. The receptionist, Garon, was incredibly rude to me upon arrival. I was using a new website (trip.com) and accidentally put 2 travelers instead of 1. Garon was very annoyed by that and said it was a big deal. When I tried to apologize saying that it was a new app, he waved his hand at me dismissively. He was very rude in his interaction with me. I spent almost $200 a night for this room because I was sick and needed air conditioning. When I got to my room, the aircon was barely working and the room was very warm because the curtains were not drawn and the sun was shining in. I went back downstairs to the desk to ask if there is another room available. I say, “Hi, it’s very hot in my room because the sun in shining in-“ and Garon interrupts me and asks, clearly very annoyed, “Do you want me to move the sun for you?” I was absolutely shocked by how he talked to me. I started crying at the elevator because I splurged on this hotel and was getting treated horribly, but I decided that he doesn’t get to treat people like this and get away with it. So I confronted him and told him that he was very rude. He got very defensive and tried blaming it on a language barrier, or because he was so busy working that he didn’t get a smoke break, etc. Whenever I would try to explain that it was his tone and facial expressions that were rude, he would interrupt me and say he was just very direct. I said, okay but you can be direct and still smile. Then he put on a fake smile and just smiled at me. I was baffled by how someone could treat a guest this way. I went back to the elevator because I was done with his treatment and he offered to make me tea. The next part was the part that made me feel very unsafe. He told me that he didn’t want to smile because, “You think I drug you”, and I go “What?” And he goes “to get with you” and gestured towards my body. Why would he bring up drugging me and ****** me because I asked him to smile??? I understand that he was saying that he wouldn’t, but why would he bring it up that he was looking at me like that in the first place? I then felt unsafe because he had a key to my room and there was no latch. I know it was unlikely, but it was also unlikely that that receptionist would bring up ****** me. I tried to talk to the receptionist the next day, and she told me that it was a language barrier and defended him also. What a horrible experience. Also, it’s not very clean. There was hair in the shower and stains on the sheets, and as I mentioned, the air conditioning barely works. Trips.com thankfully gave me a credit because of the bizarre treatment, but the hotel did NOTHING except invalidate my experience. DO NOT GO HERE!

Not clean enough there’s a huge bug when we just entered the door which is ******* disgusting and the ac doesn’t work for the second night it’s horribly hot inside during summer, ac is the critical amenities why we choose this hotel and it didn’t work… Hotel workers were nice that’s the only thing works

It was what I expected for the price. I don't think there were any bed bugs, and I didn't see any insects other than mosquitoes. The only minor issue was the slow drainage in the sink, which I had to wait for it to clear. However, considering the price difference compared to other hotels, I think it's reasonable. I booked a twin room for 4 nights, but on the first night, I was given a double room. But when I requested to switch to a twin, they accommodated it from the second night onwards.

Deception is the only word to describe this hotel your eyes see a clean fresh spacious room you actually get a room not even close to online picture, Out of 7 hotels throughout France and Italy this is the worst by far. The Relais Acropolis was a hotel I was looking forward to, for our three nights stay, I was selling this hotel as the best out of all to my wife, happy with my Proficiency of online booking, not my fault that this hotel is well below par, while the breakfast provided a reasonable choice, the chipolatas (sorry ) sausages were small and the bacon cut into small pieces. Our Room! 2nd floor the lift stops between floors so it is necessary to navigate stairs either up or down to your room this applies to all floors. The look of disappointment on my wife's face when she walked into the room dark blue and cream decor whith dark brown furniture, our room would have been better suited for single occupancy rather than double, 15c from the foot of the bed to the wardrobe. The toilet was positioned right in the doorway ou the bathroom with 35 cm to the door, after two nighrs in the bed I developed back pain, it all adds up to a very unpleasant stay.

Very close to Nice Old Town, you can usually walk through it to get to the beach. Excellent value for money. There was a drainage issue once, but it was dealt with incredibly quickly; they fixed it the same day I reported it.

The rooms were cozy and it was near the bus stop for monaco-- around a 10 min walk. No toothbrushes were provided, however.

The room was spacious enough with a closet, table and a bottle of water was provided. The hotel was a 4 out of 5 generally, but the location was not perfect, with 30mins walk from nice ville station, and 20-30mins walk to the main tourist spots. They didn’t provide shampoo, only body gel. Walls were not that sound proof but it’s fine with us coz we are not light sleepers. But it’s very nice that they offered us early check in and free luggage storage service!
