The hotel is in good location, but it wasn’t so clean , there was a water in the floor and it’s stinks probably cuz it was for many days there

Overall it was a very nice stay at the hotel. The location was very central, opposite a bakery, restaurants and the city in the immediate vicinity. You could also walk to the beach promenade (about 1400 m). The train station is only a few hundred meters away. Unfortunately, it was sometimes very loud at night and the windows didn't provide good soundproofing. The bathroom was very clean but really tiny. Everything else, service, location, beds etc. were very good, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Wi-Fi is very bad. It breaks immediately and you have to connect every time. The bath facilities are not good. The location is very good.

Хороший отель, тепло, отличное расположение, вокзал в 5 минутах, трамвай в аэропорт - около 10 минут, до набережной около 15, а Нотр-Дам - за углом) Есть стеклянные стаканы, ещё бы чайник добавить) Вокруг несколько продуктовых магазинов и много кафе для завтраков. Интернет мог бы быть лучше, но терпимо, на видеозвонки хватает. Единственный минус - слышимость. Если у вас чуткий сон - берите беруши на всякий случай. Если с соседями повезет, то будете слышать только фен (почти так же, как у вас в ванной))), ну и телевизор иногда. Нам с соседями не повезло, они приходили около 3 часов ночи все 4 ночи, что мы жили в отеле, и хлопали дверью по несколько раз (хотя она и так нормально закрывается), громко включали телевизор и очень громко разговаривали и смеялись (действительно очень громко), а успокаивались только после стука в стену. Но это правда единственный минус, а большинство людей все же адекватны, поэтому отель советую!

總的來説不錯，就是有點不隔音，隔壁那傢伙一到晚上11:00一直打電話，聲音很大，到2:00，第二天前台就幫我換了房間，服務很周到。

Location of this Hotel is exacelent. Very close to the train station. Hotel was clean but the room was very small for 3 people. Separate toilet and shower was very unusual. The worst was wifi and when we needed hot water for a first night we needed to contact reception to fix it. Overall 3/5.

Great location, good place for few days in town, friendly crew, clean place. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything.

Helpful friendly staff, excellent location, clean & tidy, the only problem with the property, it has a terribly slow WiFi that keeps cutting off.

Not sure what I expected from a 2 star hotel… The bathroom was so small you couldn’t even sit straight on the toilet but on the plus side it was clean even though the towels had a weird smell. Was disappointed when our flight was delayed 4 hours and we got to the hotel at 1.30am to get given keys to 2 rooms that already had people in which we felt awful waking them up. On the 3rd attempt we finally got into an empty room but going up and down 3 flights of stairs after already being exhausted wasn’t fun and to find the air conditioning not on and took ages to come on didn’t exactly help us get to sleep!

The hotel gracefully accommodated a late check-in for us, and was a perfect stop-over on our way home. After six hours on a bus, all we wanted was a hot shower and a soft bed, and they delivered.
