The Hotel Italia Ken

Thank you for helping us with the parking space. We had Chinese dinner at the hotel, and the dishes recommended by the staff were absolutely delicious. We had a great time! We look forward to another wonderful stay next time. Thank you very much.

The space is large, the environment is beautiful, and the food is delicious. The only downside is that if there are any loud noises from the white-collar workers in the hallway, you can hear them very clearly.

I booked a one-night stay with breakfast included. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, which put me at ease. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, allowing me to sample a variety of Niigata's local cuisine. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata. I parked in the affiliated parking lot (because the underground parking lot was full).

A good hotel, a large room by Japanese standards, daily cleaning, and disposable pajamas. The location is very good.

I stayed in a single room for a concert. Although the building is older, it has a calm atmosphere, is very clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and I would like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Niigata.

Ideally located for exploring the island, several restaurants within the hotel, but we didn't try them. Impeccable English-speaking staff. Western/Italian style hotel.
