Excellent stay. This was our second stay at this hotel-we came back because we loved this property so much.
Great food at buffet.

我住了一晚Asaya Hotel，真是超舒服！服務特別好，工作人員超友善，還有專車接送服務，太貼心了！酒店設施完善，尤其是那個大眾池溫泉，放鬆到不行！餐廳的食物也超好吃，滿足到飽！對了，交通也很方便，有專車直接送到酒店，不用擔心找不到路。總之，Asaya Hotel給我留下了超棒的印象，下次絕對會再來！

房間乾淨整潔，是日式和洋式的結合體。因為有獨立的露天温泉，所以非常方便可以隨時享受温泉時光。酒店的自助餐品種豐富，味道也很棒。下次會考慮再次入住

Отель прекрасен своими ужинами и завтраками. На ужин были крабы, это было наслаждение. И много чего еще. Добираться очень сложно с множеством пересадок, Гугл мэпс в помощь. Помните, что некоторые автобусы завершают свои рейсы рано, мы ехали примерно в 5 вечера, и добирались долго из за большых перерывов в движении автобуса, а станция поезд довольно далековато от отеля. Вокруг очень красиво и вид на реку прекрасен. Онсен очень хороший, после трудного туристического дня - полное расслабление. Сервис безупречный. Мне все очень понравилось, отель смело рекомендую

鬼怒川温泉駅に着いたのは18時過ぎで、バスはもうなく、タクシーも待機していない状態でした。ホテルに「遅くなります。」の電話を入れたところ、わざわざ駅まで迎えに来てくださり本当に有難かったです。😀
ホテルに入って直ぐの広々した空間、建物の造りに圧倒されました‼️部屋も夫婦二人にはちょうどよい広さでした。
スタッフの方達の物腰の柔らかい言葉や姿勢にも感心しましたし、食事も温泉も大満足でしたが、お風呂の脱衣棚の上にほこりがつんでいたのはちょっぴり残念でした😣

立派なホテルでした。古いホテルだけど大浴場などは新しくリノベされていました。お部屋もきれいでゆっくりできました。特に食事は選択肢が多くどれもおいしくて大満足でした！
