I did enjoy my stay other than the staff person at the desk who didn’t explain to me about how the market place operates. She could have been more helpful and friendly

Surprisingly in this days of little to no services when visiting hotels, this hotel was the best that I’ve stayed. I highly recommend it!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was close to everything. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only tiny complaint is the floors creak as loud as a horror movie scene! LOL We will definitely stay again!

Room temp was not consistent, room above just very loud for hours in the morning

The only problem I had was the bathroom sink didn't have a plug and it didn't drain properly. Clearly the drain was plugged. Also, someone had broken the outlet on the bathroom wall. I tried pushing in the GFI button but it wouldn't move. The whole outlet pulled out from the wall. Someone had mistreated it and broken it. I was only there for a night, but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for a room change.

The rooms and facilities are heated both for business meetings, travelling business people, and single and family travellers as well. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen! Room heaters and air conditioners are very quiet compared to most other hotel rooms. The off-season pricing was really fair, too, and offered us the best value, period.

Nice staff, rooms are nice. The TV wasn’t able to connect to the internet so we were unable to watch tv. Staff attempted to get it working but were unable to, Otherwise nice stay.

There needs to be a washer and dryer. The pool wasn’t working. Most families look forward to that. I guess for a Hilton I expect more.

Our stay was very disappointing. We were with a team and it is probably best if this hotel does not participate in hosting teams as they were very rigid and not very welcoming. I completely appreciate the need for rules to ensure everyone is safe and to avoid any damage to the building but the approach was a little extreme (ie the coaches bringing the kids for a walk around the building outside was not allowed). Additionally, the services were very much lacking. The garbage was not emptied once during our 3 night stay, we had to get our own towels and toilet paper. On the last night the hotel did allow us to use the lobby space for a team meal and the gentleman that was working was very kind and welcoming. Aside from this (which we really appreciated) I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
