所有的差評源於，我住這家店，明明頁面標註五人可入住，到了衹給我提供了3個枕頭。
十一期間本來開開心心帶長者孩子出來玩，定了近700元的大套房，結果就提供三人枕頭，而且全程沒有一絲歉意，給我的理由是他們平時就為房間準備三人被品，現在十一期間房間滿了，無法再提供多餘枕頭，就連我自己提出能否找個靠墊湊合一夜，也沒有為我行動起來想辦法。還漏出滿臉嫌我事多的表情。
接待的男士居然穿着大衣佩戴dang章，看起來是公zhi人員的樣子，我記得公霧員法規定不可以做生意吧，看到您當時的推脱找藉口的樣子如此熟練，切勿本職工作中為人min也是這副模樣。

晚上到鏡泊湖，開了一天車，這家的飯巨巨巨好吃！！！是來了東北幾天吃的最好吃的一頓，晚上菜單上沒有的粥大哥也給做了，雞蛋醬做的特別好！！簡單的豆芽炒粉條味道都做得很好！新開的，據説是周圍唯一一個有電梯的，環境乾淨衞生，距離主街有一兩百米也比較安靜，沒訂到能看到瀑布的房間，老闆人很好，典型的很熱情好客的東北人！感謝招待！

這家賓館在衚衕裏面，衚衕有300米路有些不好，賓館有電梯，有餐廳可以吃正餐，早餐饅頭粥和小菜，衞生還可以，就是新裝修的味道太大，設備挺新，老闆很熱情，開始問前台有沒有免費礦泉水告知要3元一瓶後來又免費給了。

非常滿意的酒店。非常乾淨，老闆也非常熱情。我們有長者孩子，老闆開車來回接送到景點，還幫忙訂景點的票。走的時候忘了按金，老闆微信給轉過來。飯菜也很可口。非常棒的入住體驗！

這個評分怎麼説呢，如果是自己家親戚來鏡泊湖我不推薦他來，如果是同事朋友我會説這家店還行
説説優點：男老闆服務熱情（去景區車接車送），房間陽台外風景好，室內面積大裝修不錯，有單獨的停車場餐廳，有電梯……
説説缺點：全樓WIFI上不了網，室內投影聯不了手機（因為上不了網，前台一問三不知），我買的是含早餐的，早餐饅頭稀飯雞蛋鹹菜四拼，一次性個人洗漱用品衹給配了香皂，房屋隔音差（晚上同樓層開關門就彷彿在耳旁），其它服務人員態度一般

確實不錯，服務比星級酒店要好，老闆熱情，實在，解決問題快。酒店的位置離景區不遠，開車3分鐘，酒店衞生也很好，房間沒有異味，房間空調好，熱的快，但是房間一點也不冷，廚師做菜味道很好，菜量也夠大，人均100多點。酒店有電梯，長者或者拿行李很方便。

自駕遊非常滿意的入住體驗！新開業的酒店，有電梯，辦理入住和餐飲服務温馨周到，房間非常乾淨，而且可以看到窗外的山景。設施齊全嶄新，特別是衞生間洗澡水沖，很適合休假發呆小住。酒店設有餐廳，飯菜好吃，廚藝不錯。有機會會再次入住。

地理位置好，房間可以看見小瀑布，如果要看大瀑布，要買票進鏡泊湖景區，裏面很大。酒店有自己的餐館可以吃午餐和晚餐。民宿剛剛起步，細節還需要繼續打磨。總體不錯。

問了幾家酒店衹有這家有電梯，雖然帶的行李多但是非常方便，房間很乾凈 環境也很好。來到這 可以直接在這吃 菜做的不錯很好吃 。來鏡泊湖一定要吃當地的魚 很嫩 魚肉很細膩 很好吃的！！！
