During the May Day holiday, we chose Ninghai Anlan for a family trip to avoid the crowds and live in the mountains to breathe fresh air. The environment of Ninghai Anlan Hotel is really beautiful, with good hardware facilities. You need to take a shuttle bus to go up and down the mountain, and the waiting time for the shuttle bus is 5-10 minutes. I would like to especially praise the duty manager Jack Ying. We booked Xiangzhuju. During our stay, there was a problem with the room. Manager Ying handled the problem very quickly and immediately helped us change to Wangshanju with a better view. During our stay, he kept asking us if we were comfortable and happy, and tried his best to help us solve all the problems that could be solved for us, which made our whole family feel very warm. The hotel's breakfast variety is also rich and the taste is good. The service staff will also pack some fruits and desserts for the baby in a takeaway box, which is really warm! Adults can soak in the forest hot springs. It is very comfortable. You can also hike. It takes about 40 minutes from the restaurant to the lobby. The road is easy to walk. You don’t feel tired when walking and taking pictures. The travel photography included in the hotel package this time is also good. The sky pool is still quite good. The housekeeper Queen was attentive and considerate from beginning to end, reminding us from time to time and taking care of us everywhere. Jack introduced us enthusiastically and took the initiative to help us during check-in. The free room upgrade was a surprise. The waiters in the restaurant were all kind and polite, especially Sue. Although she looked a little older than other waiters, she was very diligent and polite. The battery car master Li kept picking us up and dropping us off from morning to night. He was polite and answered all questions. This was a very pleasant experience. My husband therefore took the initiative to ask if there was a membership system, and hoped to have the opportunity to experience the other two Anlans in Xinchang and Qiandao Lake soon.

The breakfast is Chinese and Western, with rich and varied varieties. Since we have to go back early in the morning, we did not experience the travel photography and did not have a good walk in the hotel. Leave some regrets for the next time to experience it.
