AHN LAN NINGHAI

Two years ago, my husband and I went to Anlan Xinchang. This year, my family and I stayed in Ninghai. We originally booked Qishanju. When we first checked in, we felt that the location was low and the view was average. The hotel manager Hailey was very generous and helped us change both rooms to Wangshan Duplex Villa with a higher location and a particularly wide view. The living room is very spacious, the balcony is even bigger, and the bathtub is filled with hot spring water. The overall hardware is quite satisfactory. What made our whole family even more satisfied was the service of Anlan, the attentive care of housekeeper Amy, who responded to every request, and the enthusiastic pick-up of the shuttle bus drivers, which made us feel very safe during our stay. The breakfast variety was OK, and it was exquisite. The price of dinner was a bit expensive, but the taste was basically satisfactory.

Before arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper Queen was considerate and provided information about hotel activities during the Dragon Boat Festival in advance; when checking in, Manager Ying Chengyuan was considerate and provided us with a free room upgrade, and paid attention to our accommodation experience throughout our stay; at the same time, he recommended nearby popular attractions and scenic spots to us; the welcome fruit after check-in was also very thoughtful, and desserts were also given; the hotel breakfast was very rich, and the waitress Sister Hu provided very good service and provided dining services throughout the whole process; the entire hotel is located between the mountains. On the day of check-in, it was cloudy and the temperature was suitable. The outdoor terrace overlooked the green mountains and bamboos, wandering among the natural oxygen bars; it rained moderately on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival, and the rain and fog were lingering outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, as if I was in a dream in the clouds; in short, the trip to Ninghai Anlan Hotel was a very comfortable and relaxing trip

The whole family came here for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The hotel environment is elegant, the elders are also very satisfied with the food and beverage, and my mother likes the hot spring home the most. From check-in to check-out, the staff of the shuttle, luggage, cleaning, restaurant or entertainment facilities are all very friendly and kind. In particular, the housekeeper Queen, the restaurant lady Hu Yingying, and the driver Zhang Jiandong left a deep impression. Stayed at Ninghai Anlan for two days, and the stay experience was very good. I have stayed at Ninghai Anlan before, and the overall experience was pretty good, so I revisited Ninghai Anlan this time. The overall experience was very good. When I checked in, the duty manager Jack introduced the hotel in great detail. The housekeeper Xiao Ming was online 24 hours a day. The catering service was also okay. The hot springs and the scenery of the hotel were really good, and the service deserved extra points, worthy of a five-point praise!

The hotel is located in the forest, a natural oxygen bar, and the air is so good that you don't want to leave. The 24-hour housekeeper Xiao Ming has a very good attitude and responds to all requests. During our stay, we all ate at the hotel restaurant, which tasted good, but the swimming pool will not open until mid-June. Plan to try different room types again.
