In general all is fine, good breakfast, just no juices, concentrate out of machine.
Swimming pool ok, need some renovation.
Helpdesk as in china nobody speaks english.
Beautiful lake view from 26th floor.

We have stayed there for the past few years when in Ninghai. Its a good hotel with very good room, but overall, could be modernized.

酒店朝南房間是市景房，外面可以看到居民區，對面有公園視野不會顯得擁擠，很寬敞，加上綠化冬日裏能看到一片生機，夜晚是萬家燈火，別有一番意境，此次入住整體感覺很好，小呂服務很熱情，還推薦了酒店自助餐，性價比很高。

入住體驗不錯，酒店周圍風景也很好，適合帶着家人來這裏旅遊，感受當地的風土民情，禮賓小李服務特別熱情，餐廳的煎餃很好吃，房間裏衞生打掃的也很整潔，我出門忘帶充電器了，客房阿姨很快就送過來了，整體來説很不錯，下次有機會還是會來感受一下的。

位置可以的，附近就有很多商品店，因為離高鐵站也不遠，所以選擇這家酒店。衞生也不錯，環境就是歐式風。安排的高樓層，另外前台小楊服務挺好。

非常不錯的入住體驗，疫情期間提前致電了酒店，工作人員服務態度很好，前台小哥楊寧還免費幫我升級了房型，辦理入住過程也很快，沒有等太久。酒店整體都不錯，還會選擇再次入住。

酒店服務很好 前台都很熱情 偶遇的服務人員也會打招呼 客房服務送東西也很及時 特別要誇下巧琳小妹妹 服務很周到
酒店車位也很充足 房間乾淨整潔
就是空調聲音太大 對家屬來説還好 對我這種睡眠質量不高的 真的有影響到
另外 辦理入住的時候 雖然也就七八分鐘 但對於爸媽70來歲的人 他們覺得大堂沒有可以坐的地方 有點不方便
以上 基本不影響整體入住體驗 還是很不錯的酒店
