入住體驗感極差，酒店雖然是2023年新開業的，但裏面的管理極差，一入住酒店走進房間上洗手間，發現衞生間坐便器根本沒有打掃，全部都是污漬，大便小便的痕跡都在，根本無法使用，跟前台説也無動於衷；酒店房間很多，但房間裏沒有電話機，無法第一時間與前台溝通，一碰到問題衹有跑到樓下去跟前台交涉；房間雖然有投影儀，但沒有使用方法的指導和説明書，不能看電視也不能看新聞，跟前台溝通，衹是簡簡單單的説我們是沒有電視的，衹能這樣了；兩個人入住一間標準房，一個掛衣服一掛褲子，房間衹有兩個衣架，不夠用啊，要求增加兩個掛衣架，也沒有。這樣的感受度實在太差了，不像是一個新開的酒店，服務意識太差，親和力不夠。
