Hotel Villa Albani

This hotel is a scam. It doesn't reach a star. Lack of professional staff. Lack of supplies in the rooms. Lack of variety in foods at breakfast (milk) and dinner (frozen). Cutlery is missing. They give you cocktail spoons. No towels, gel, etc. You ask for it and they don't replenish it. The staff ignores your complaints. They tell you that they don't understand Spanish.

Hotel not worthy of the name, approximate service, zero professionalism, non-existent breakfast, unwelcoming place, price absolutely not appropriate to the place and dripping broken toilet

I write a week after the celebration of our baby's baptism at Villa Albani, not only to speak with anger but with more lucidity. Unkempt location with incredible potential. Empty swimming pool without even putting some very dangerous fence for children. A frozen room to say the least. Poor quality buffet probably made with frozen products taken from who knows what discount store. During the estimate we had agreed on a menu without having photographic support and afterwards we also understood why: dishes worthy of a trattoria but certainly not of a 4-star restaurant. A first course of which the sauce was not perceived so much that the pasta was raw (according to the managers for the excellent quality of the pasta that keeps cooking but the gluten-free pasta was also raw, therefore I deduce that the chef has not even tasted before school). As a second course, a slow-cooked veal with Barolo: those who were lucky had a slice of meat cooked well but without any flavour, others diners raw meat, others tough because it was overcooked. All accompanied by 5 and I mean 5 potatoes thrown on the plate as best as possible. But the icing on the cake were the dishes of a guest who did not eat meat, who was communicated several times both during the estimate and during the assignment of the tables, who had a plate full of morsels as an appetizer, a first course with cherry tomatoes (obviously raw what are we talking about) and liquefied cheese (provola perhaps?) and dulcis in fundo for the second course a plate full of prawns taken from the freezer put to blanch and finally put on the plate with 2 lemon wedges. The worst figure of my life, there hasn't been a guest who hasn't complained. Celebration of 34 people The managers have tried in vain to sweeten the pill. This is the new management of Villa Albani, a 4-star hotel restaurant, how sad.

The structure could also be functional unfortunately there is no maintenance ... Everything left in the wild .. the empty swimming pool ... the planters full of cigarette butts .. empty mini bar with rotten lemons inside ... All left unattended

We stayed in August at the Hotel Villa Albani: Beautiful place with swimming pool and park; Very nice reception staff, excellent cleaning of the rooms, a manager with a stick and clutch bag who gave the idea of the great managers of the past, very professional: the only drawback, we ate badly in the sense of unimaginative menus, poor loosely packaged. De entrada, hotel q no recomendaría ni a mí peor enemigo Cena: un plato de macarrones q parecían los q sobraron el día anterior, duros no al dente, sin sal y no tenían quedó hasta el día siguiente Desayuno: el pan y las tostadas invisible, la leche para los cafés se acababan cuando llegaba el décimo cliente y tenían q march**** sin tomarlo, si ibas antes de las 7h. No había croisants Recepción no saben ni hacer un checkin Ver para creer, hotel con potencial q está abandonado,

La habitación limpia,cama dura me gusta asi) y cómoda (cama y almohada).Hotel básico, para nada 4 estrellas 2 y ....... punto.Según llegas crees q será genial xq es una villa muy mona, pero ........servicio leeeeeento.Cena mala,(pésima) lento y mala. Desayuno un simulacro de bufett, el café hay q pedirlo y se quedaron sin leche para todos los del grupo, se fuimos sin tomar café.... queda más estancia quizá esto sea ampliable, pero suficiente para decir: Sitio nada recomendable
