This place was very nice. They had live music for entertainment and the staff was friendly. The only thing that we had issues with is when we first arrived the boiler was being worked on so there was no hot water. Also I had to get use to the sound of traffic since the highway was close by overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

LOVED LOVED LOVED my stay. Close to eateries, shopping, and interstate access. I was Nashville the previous weekend and WISHES I’d stayed in Franklin at the Aloft instead of an airport hotel. Will DEFINITELY be back to Franklin and staying at Aloft Franklin!!

I had seen the hotel on line when booking other hotels, so I finally booked Aloft. I was completely surprised to see how amazingly beautiful it is. The only thing that I would want to change would be the $50 charge per room for one night for incidentals.

Rowdy teens roaming the property. Yellling banging screaming. Ridiculous. Not the hotels fault but this was insanity.

All staff we encountered were super friendly. Maria was very clean and the perfect temperature. The bed was probably the most comfortable we had ever had out of any of our hotels stays with us both having serious back problems, we really appreciated that! The rooms are not huge, but they are modern and very nice. I would say that the only drawback is the fact that there is not a lot of privacy as far as sound goes between the bathroom and the bedroom portion of the room. We asked for an extra blanket, but either they forgot or one wasn’t available, no explanation there but that’s not a huge deal. Definitely stay here again.

I've been in Franklin for medical reasons once a week lately..My son's medical situation can be difficult and they've handled every situation with grace and compassion and I'm very grateful. Beyond that this place is hip...bar and live music...just a fun place to stay.

Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. Had stayed there previously, but do not remember it looking the same. You would think that complementary coffee and a continental breakfast would be in line for a hotel of this type. Was fairly disappointed with the water temperature in the shower. It never got warm. It was more tepid. When I asked the front desk person if they were having a water issue they stated they put regulators on the Water thermostat valves so that it would conserve water. They might want to consider upping the temperature a little bit as it was a rather uncomfortable shower. Otherwise it was an average stay.

The hotel and staff was amazing. I gave a four-star review because on the last day of our stay, we had not hot water. Not ideal when it is 12 degrees outside.
