The area didn’t seem safe and I was worried my car would be broken into. didn’t bother with breakfast as not great selection

I originally paid for a king bed but that’s not what I received after checking in to Sonesta (Norcross). The Property was extremely dirty and it reeked a horrible smell of piss and cigarettes. The carpet was stained and the ceiling was falling apart. The towels had strange stains on them and there was hair on the bed linens. I requested a new room which was granted but there was still no difference. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay of this magnitude. I am forever scared from this experience. I planned a vacation that I really wasn’t able to enjoy. I saved money to enjoy a few days in Georgia visiting my best friend since we both were grieving but I now have to grieve this experience and a loss of money through the process smh …DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

i wouldn’t recommend. there was a half used bottle of lotion in my room. the ceiling - has some paints off.
the hotel doesn’t have elevator. also the chairs at Business Center area are all worn out.

I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I had to change rooms multiple times due to other occupants smoking inside their rooms and the smell was unbearable. And the issue was NEVER resolved by the hotel staff even though their policy states that whoever is caught smoking on premises will be fined! No action was taken! Never again.

Really enjoyable stay. Nice and quiet. Will say that we never had housekeeping during the stay which is not a bother by the way. Just surprised is all.

Bed was fantastic, but furniture hardly fit for a porch. Breakfast was nice with eggs & sausage and such. Everything needed a thorough cleaning throughout the facility. Employees very nice.

Overall they stay there wasn’t much enjoyable. The towels had stains on them and was were dirty. The bed was too firm. Accessibility for a microwave was in the hallway and wasn’t clean at all! Also you have to have a $100 deposit just to affirm the room you book. Which to me is absolutely ridiculous! The couch in the room was also dirty with stains. More than likely will not stay here again.
