Fairfield Inn & Suites Norman

Very clean for an older property. Ice machine was out of order, but very accommodating to get us some without us having to go to other floors in search

WE stayed for two nights. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. I asked for an extra blanket and was told 'we don't have any' but was given a decorative bed throw. The next day we did not receive Housekeeping and, after a very long day, I had to go to the front desk and ask for two full sets of towels, a refill box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper. The property had many guest room windows which were in need of repair as the seal had obviously been damaged. As a result the rooms had the air conditioning running almost non-stop. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. The staff were helpful.

Great stay for the price. The property is a bit dated, but very clean. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Convenient and safe location too.

This place was very neglected. I even searched for bedbugs just in case. I guess I’ll find out the hard way. We didn’t have time or we would’ve canceled this. That’s how bad this hotel needs to be renovated. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back because it sure was not worth what I paid for especially being a Marriott. The only positive thing was the staff was nice other than that. This place is nasty and I will never stay there again. If there’s anything you can do to get at least half my money back that would be great.!???

They never miss here with their environment. Some of the kindest people I’ve met and they are so welcoming! Proves are good, service is great!

Room had a horrible smell and had to be moved to another room. Entire place isn't clean!

Great stay! Clean room, staff was friendly, AC worked very well, and lots of nice restaurants around.
