Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast

One of our all-time favorite inns! Diana and Kelly are superb hosts and two of the nicest people we have met in all of our decades of travel. Beautifully furnished and decorated, the Rosemary Inn is welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful. Breakfasts are outstanding! Counting our blessings that we discovered the Rosemary Inn. We stayed at the Rosemary Inn for our 21st wedding anniversary and it is the most beautiful bed and breakfast we have ever visited! The hosts, Diana and Kelly, are wonderful and we truly felt at home. Each room's decor is perfected to the last detail and you can feel the love that went into this amazing property. You truly feel like you've stepped back in time. The rooms are spotless and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfasts were just as amazing!

A must stay while visiting Augusta GA! The proprietors, Diana & Kelly Combs, take you back in time with their impeccable restoration of this beautiful mansion. Their special touches in each room transport you back to the 1900 period giving you a wonderful visual experience with all the many accessories to delight. A very relaxing and calming a**osphere with all the pampering you could wish for. As if that isn’t enough your tastes buds will truly be delighted with their culinary choices for breakfast, bon appetit! The Strobels

We were celebrating our 8th anniversary and stayed at Rosemary Inn. We stayed in The Jackson Suite which is the largest room. It overlook the backyard and garden. Very clean throughout the entire Inn and included daily cleaning services. Breakfast was served in the morning with fresh coffee waiting for early risers. After breakfast was the tour of the Inn and the History behind the building and city of North Augusta. We truly enjoyed our stay and met some wonderful guests. The owners were always there for any assistance. Just a great place to stay and time of year.

This B&B is very conveniently located near downtown North Augusta. It is beautiful. We stayed in the Alexander Suite which has a free standing tub and separate shower. In the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear swabs, cotton balls, body lotion, and bath salts are provided. There are plenty of towels everywhere. Robes are provided (Frette even!!). The bed slept great. The pillows are pretty high. I brought my own pillow. There are plenty of hangers. There is limited drawer space. As there is no ceiling fan, a table fan is provided, but you have control of your own thermostat, so if the temperature is not right, it is your own fault. There is no desk to work on in the room, but there are USB ports and plugs beside the bed for your convenience. The internet is fast. There is no phone nor TV in the room. There is a snack/coffee/tea station upstairs which is SO convenient, which includes a mini-fridge and a microwave. There are plenty of glasses to use and filtered water is available in the room and at the snack station. There is also bottled water available in the mini-fridge as well as sodas. Breakfast is good but there is a $25 charge for having breakfast in your room. We ate at a slightly different time from when it is served in the large dining room in our room because of a work schedule. So if you have an appoin**ent somewhere it may just conflict with the breakfast service. Ask the hosts about it. The B&B hosts, Kelly and Diana, make it clear upon arrival that you are welcome to use all parts of the house (except of course their living space). They run you through the do's and don'ts around the house and how to operate everything. The house is overwhelming, so this little tutorial is very nice. The parking is convenient and the house feels very safe (they make sure everyone knows how important it is to lock the front door whether leaving or entering). We wore masks while in the public spaces of the house but no one else did but there was hand sanitizer available in the foyer. We would stay here again. It is a lovely, lovely home with welcoming hosts. If you are looking for a house with authentic southern charm, this is it!
