The room reeked of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. There was a lot of dirt between the sheet and the mattress protector. There was rust on the wall under the vent, and the furniture was very worn. I asked for another room, but they said the hotel was full, even though the parking lot was half empty when we arrived at 9:30 PM. We then left the hotel and stayed in another one. No accommodation was offered, and the staff even insulted us. I regret not taking pictures to show you. A very unpleasant experience. / La chambre sentait énormément la cigarette malgré que c'était une chambre sans fumée. Entre le drap et le protège matelas il y avait beaucoup de saletés. Il y avait de la rouille au mur sous l'aération et le mobilier était très usé. J'ai demandé une autre chambre mais ils ont dit que l'hôtel était complet malgré le stationnement à moitié vide à notre arrivée à 21h30. Nous avons alors quitté l'hôtel pour dormir dans un autre hôtel. Aucun accommodement n'a été offert et le personnel nous a même insulté. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris des photos pour vous le montrer. Très désagréable comme expérience.
