Continental breakfast was nice. Haven’t seen much of it at other hotels since Covid. And it was good!

The facility smelled terrible. It had an odor of cigarettes and sweaty/unclean people. Heavy scent of body odor throughout the halls and stairwells.

Hotel was great staff excellent. The Christmas town experience was a bust. We read the town was a top Halmark Christmas destination its not even close.

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good, I was in room 215 and the fold out sofa was disgusting, I don’t want to know what happened on it, thankfully we didn’t need it
