Beds were small and VERY HARD, did not sleep well at all. Hotel overall was clean and quiet. Check in staff was adequate, but seemed bothered that we were interrupting their day by checking in, check out staff was kind and friendly. Loretta (the woman taking care of breakfast) was AMAZING. I was grumpy after a crummy nights sleep on their hard mattresses and she managed to turn my attitude around. She was helpful, pleasant, cheerful, and accommodating. If all the hotel staff were like Loretta, I could have forgotten the crummy beds!

The motel is very well laid out. Plenty of restaurants to pick from. The location is very nice with plenty of places to go close by. The staff is very accommodating and always offering to help. Check in and check out was easy.

Fantastic place to stay. Suite on 2nd floor was very spacious. Employees are so very nice and went above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Breakfast room was nice and spacious as well and they provide a plethora of hot and cold options. Swimming pool is indoor and is warm and not freezing cold. The workout room has several options for cardio and weight lifting and the establishment is very clean. My new first choice to stay in the area.

Very clean hotel at a great price. The staff was very kind and patient with all of my request.. had all around excellent customer service throughout my stay. Conveniently located walking distancing from the stores and also very quite and peaceful. I'll most definitely be coming back soon!!

VERY SKETCHY LOCATION!!!!!!! This area is downright FRIGHTENING! It is surrounded by some other motels that appear to accommodate subsidized housing. I can't even begin to tell you how many red flags were raised just by scanning our surroundings from our parking space. My husband refused to leave the car as my optimistic self insisted on checking out the room. I passed through the smoke filled hallway to our ”non-smoking” room, took a quick glance inside, opened the curtains and returned to the car fully supporting his insistence on leaving. The hotel refused to refund our money. They, at first, told my husband it was because we booked through a third party site. We did not. I booked directly on their website. Then they called me as we left the parking lot and said it was because we didn't cancel by their 4:00 deadline. I ASSURE YOU, we would have GLADLY cancelled before 4:00 IF there was ANY chance we could have been there before 4:00 to assess the scary situation. What a predicament. It's not their fault they are located in a sketchy location. It's not our fault that we didn't know the area. That's why reviews are so important.
