My 87 yr old Mom, 2 sisters, daughter & myself stayed in unit #1206 on May 20-23. Nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit for a large family. The patio doors open onto the balcony from the living room & one bedroom. The patio door off the living room was very difficult to open, so it was left slightly cracked open. Though I didn't use the oven, the stovetop worked with no issues & the kitchen had everything I needed for meals. There's a large table w/chairs & a couple bar stools, to give a large family, room to sit & enjoy a meal. There's a stackable washer/dryer in the hall closet. If you have someone who uses a walker or wheelchair, instead of fighting the steps from the pool to the beach, there's a ramp on either side of the building. The couch/bed & matching chair need to be replaced. Both had lost their cushioning & the bed part of the couch wasn't sleepable due to the mattress was just coils with some material wrapped around them & a bar would dig into my back & there were no sheets, blanket or pillow for it. I didn't call Vacasa about the couch/bed because I didn't try to sleep on it until my last night. I ended up laying the couch cushions on the floor & that's where I slept. The GFC outlet in the bathroom closest to the balcony didn't work. The light for the GFC was on but the nightlight & hair dryer that were plugged into it, neither would work. I tried resetting it & I had brought a couple working nightlights with me but none would work. All the floors & balcony had sand all over them. I feel the 3 sets of codes were a bit much to remember & feel the ones for the building & pool could be combined into using the same one. But all in all, I'd stay here again IF the small issues I mentioned, were addressed :)

We stayed in 902 which after we saw roaches on the first day I found a review on 902 from here that explained our experience very well. There were roaches every day. Vacasa sent their man with OTC spray twice but it didn't help, they were in the dishwasher, under the sink, on the counters, in the bedrooms to a lesser extent. The focal point was the kitchen. There was a big stain on the mattress in the master bedroom, the rug in front of the pull out coach was filthy and the floors would make your feet black. The mattress in the third bedroom where I was was hard. Honestly, the roaches were the worst thing by far. The condo is in a great location with great views, a balcony for all three bedrooms. We stayed in 1002 last year and had a different experience. We saw one roach the last day. We photographed many roaches in 902 we saw multiple roaches every day even in the diswasher. We had to rewash stuff and keep as much as we could in the fridge. I still worry we might have taken something home. We have taken precautions but I won't know for awhile. Vacasa promised me some sort of refund which they didn't do and so we were there all six nights. It's too bad because the location, room and facilities are very nice otherwise.

Was NOT the unit shown on *******- overall tired and well worn. First night turned a pillow over on the bed to find what appeared to be a dried blood stain!! GROSS. Very limited ocean few - not as described at all. Other units may be fine - NOT 910!

This property has a beautiful ocean view but that is all it has going for it. The condo was very outdated, carpet was gross, paint chipping. We got in late and the kitchen had roaches EVERYWHERE and the beds have bedbugs. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We were unable to stay there. There was a problem with the apartment, so they moved us to a different location.

The property was very well laid out and decorated. Everything was comfortable except the master king bed. The mattress was way too soft or very worn. The tv cable situation was a little difficult and that’s only important because it was FREEZING outside. LOVE THE UNDER BUILDING PARKING! No need to have to walk across the street to park. We will definitely stay here again!

The 2 bedroom layout is great, both bedrooms have an ocean view with balcony and nobody is stuck in a bedroom by the front door with a window to the hallway. The condo was exceptionally clean, as was everywhere in the complex. The kitchen was not adequately stocked for longer stays or more than four people (there were only 4 smallish coffee mugs). There were two large plates. The other eight plates were not adult size. The baking wear and utensils would not be adequate for very much cooking or cooking for a crowd. The bathrooms are a good size. However, the whirlpool tubs are very deep and need a hand grip or something to help getting in and out. Overall, this is a nice condo. No complaints other than the kitchen supplies and tub safety. It is a very nice complex with door codes for outside entry from the parking garage and sidewalk. This was a December stay and no crowds, a safe place and nice condo made for a very pleasant stay.

Although billed as a luxury condominium, this place was very shabby compared to other locations we have stayed at in the past. We stayed in 802 which requires some serious updating. Carpet was soiled and stained, furniture was old and beat up, and the cleanliness of the unit was subpar. Door leading into the unit was in desperate need of paint. The management company was responsive to our concerns and did offer a fair compensation for our disappointment. Unit does have a great view and lots of potential. The owners just need to update the furnishings and carpeting at a minimum.

This trip was a disaster. The unit has roaches and when I called to complain I was told someone would call me back and I haven't gotten a response yet. The amenities advertise a heated indoor pool but it's not indoors because the walls that close it in are down so it's too cold outside to get in and the Gym is downstairs in the parking lot so I hope you don't mind watching cars go by while you workout.

The property was very spacious and clean. The beachfront view was exquisite and the Condo was more beautiful than the pictures i viewed online. The location is great with plenty on local restaurants to dine from.

We used Vacasa to book our unit. We stayed in 1003 . Upon entering the unit, there was a strong chemical smell (like cleaner). After a few minutes of bringing in our luggage, that smell went away leaving the musty, moldy smell that the chemicals were covering up. The bedrooms smelled terribly of mold and having someone in our party allergic to mold - this was a big problem. We contacted Vacasa about this and received sympathetic text replies but nothing was done. We were asked to provide pictures - but it is hard to show a bad smell, but we found multiple a/c vents that had very visible mold growing. We sent pictures of that, but we still had no one help us. Also, the floors were extremely dirty. As soon as we entered and removed our shoes, we found that our feet were black with dirt and the floors and carpet felt damp and sticky. We ended up having to wear socks to keep our feet clean. Pictures included show some of the vents and wipes used to clean dirty feet. We were not happy with the condition of this unit. There was never any follow up or inquiry from Vacasa nor any assistance offered to help rectify the situation. It was not a pleasant experience. The unit was dirty in general and is in need of a major deep cleaning. I would NOT stay here again!

I am sure that every unit is different but this is what we experiences in PH07, Bahama Sands, North Myrtle Beach. The unit has obvious wear and tear as you would expect of a rental on the beach. The unit had 3 double beds, a king bed and possibly a hide-a-bed. It was a nice size and the air conditioning worked well. All rooms had ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Three bathrooms. All satisfactory for a beach vacation. The usual musty smell from the beach. The balcony was large, accommodating 8 chairs. The unit came with 4 plastic chairs and 2 small plastic endtables. The bedding was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The unit was quiet though we smelled cigarettes and **** daily when we were on the balcony. Strict no smoking policy that is in no way enforced. The main complain I have is that for several thousand dollars weekly, the unit was stocked the cheapest of any condo I have ever been in. The cabinets were 90% empty. There is an oven, but no oven mitt so bring your own or use the bath towels. There are no scissors or even a bottle opener so bring those too. There were plates and bowls and coffee cups. About 8 settings of silverware and 3-4 pots. There were a few basic kitchen utensils so if you are creative, you will be ok. There is a toaster and a basic coffee pot. Oh yes, there was salt and pepper. We were supplied with one trash bag to last a week, one pod for dishes and one pod for laundry. We had to buy scissors, a can opener, garbage bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent and extra toilet paper. I used towels to get baked goods out of the oven. Oh, we were given 1/2 of a sponge (literally cut in two) for the kitchen. Be careful with the toilet paper supply too. For $15 at a garage sale, this kitchen could have been adequately furnished. As we found it, you literally need to bring your own kitchen supplies from home to function here. The remote in the living room didn't have batteries so bring those too! Having a properly supplied kitchen would have made our stay much more enjoyable. Like I said, the condo was what I expected, not pristine (they all have some age on them) and beach living is tough on condos but the lack of amenities was a major drawback for us. In a week we had to hit Walmart three times to get what we would have expected to be provided. Cheap.
