-Bed was amazing. Had a good night sleep.
-Shower needs upgrade, clogged water. No shampoo, soap. Floor wasn't properly mopped.

I will definitely stay here again. Awesome inexpensive motel for an overnight stop & sleep. Old but not run down. The hwy outside is super loud but nearly silent inside. Parking is directly in front of room and spots are wide. My wife and I arrived late but owner had prepared key for us. Bed was comfortable and we slept great.

Its a aging small motel on a busy street near a fire station. There was a number to call to check in but nobody answered. A guest referred me to a residence to find the manager.

Have stayed at Blue Spruce many times over the years.
Never had a bad stay. Enjoy the area and the people working there,Cheryl the last time, are always very courteous and friendly.

Travelers Beware
This motel was a very unpleasant experience for us. Believe the negative reviews that you read. Check out the reviews on other sites. Be aware of the $50
deposit and note that they state on here that they can keep it and they do. They took more than $50 of ours which I consider theft.

This hotel is just what we were looking for - very clean (our top priority) and the room was very comfortable. The late night traffic was a bit loud, but it added to the nostalgic feeling we got from staying here - good memories of motel stays from our youth!!

I have stayed at this facility half a dozen or so times in the past years. Price is reasonable and quality is in line with pricing.
The road noise is a little loud but I turn on the massive big screen TV fall asleep in the very comfortable beds without any problems.
