Bellissimo Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Near Foxwoods Casino

Location was good for trips to the ****** and price was worth the extra drive. Hotel is very clean but walls are very thin! The only suggestion i would have is to have microwaves in the rooms and have a couple tables in foyer to drink morning coffee. I would def stay again.

I only gave 4 stars (instead of 5) because some of the facilities either didn’t work (music in room-it worked in my sister room upstairs, though) or weren’t even there anymore (Spa which is on the signage but apparently no longer exists lol) Also very few power outlets in our room. *However* the positives FAR outweigh those few negatives! First and foremost, the Staff was super nice! Especially the Battender/Waitress! But almost all of the rest were kind and friendly and even those I didn’t even interact with had smiles as I passed. The shuttles to/from ****** were all RIGHT on time (every hour with the last two running hours even more often either every 15 or 30 I can’t remember) and the two drivers we had were soooooooo nice! The hotel and rooms were clean and the lobby decor is pretty. The pool was maintained well and the complimentary coffee bar was just enough. The coffee was decent, too. But the BEST PART for me was the breakfast at the little restaurant. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I was shocked lol we couldn’t eat off property together so we “settled” for a meal downstairs before saying goodbye to each other. I was SO surprised. It’s not at all fancy it’s not expensive either. But it was one of the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had lol hands down! My sisters breakfast bowl had a few things in it I only tried the corned beef hash and ham and I was really impressed. I didn’t expect that at all lol it was very quiet especially for a Saturday night near ******.

The Presidential Suite is very spacious which allowed the kids to feel comfortable and the hot tub in the room for me a plus for a perfect relaxing night when the kids were asleep. It was also nice to be able to utilize an uncrowded indoor pool. I would definitely stay there again.

I felt comfortable and safe both inside and outside of the hotel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. This is our second time staying here. And plan to again.

Staff were very nice. Facilities were all in good shape and clean. Coffee bar was fresh and clean.

Place was deceiving. The hotel worker was vacuuming at 7am, loud at night - walls paper thin. People fighting in the hallways. Ordered a burger came raw and service was extremely slow. Not happy at all and will never return!!

This hotel by far is one of the best that I've stayed in here in Connecticut! The in-room jacuzzi tub was by far the best part of this room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. Highly suggest this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Recommended this to anyone who is looking for even a one night stay.

The friendliest staff, the cutest property. Jacuzzi tub right in the bedroom was incredible, some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom but no big deal. 10/10 would come back again.
