Our first year we met and made friends at Sandy Shore .Now here we are 7 years later vacationing together still there children and my grandkids have become friends. Fills my ❤️Life time memories .At the Shore. Very clean .Close to boards quite

Place is a bio hazard. Dirty , roaches blood spatter in the bathroom. Had to fix the running toilet, no telephone, sheets a thin bed spread no blanket, towels in a bag, tooth paste on holder soap scum in yup along with paint chips. AC didn’t work. The electrical inspector must be blind or well paid off. My stay was a crime. Was told by another hotel on 19th that they didn’t except guests that came from this motel because of bedbugs. Run away

friendly staff, great location Pool and parking on sight. Boardwalk and beach a couple blocks away. Pacific avenue a couple blocks away is loaded with shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you need is with in walking distance. Great pricing you can’t ask for much more in a hotel down the shore!

Dirty, old almost changed hotels - needs updating - spend a little more for a better place, the pictures are sooo misleading. Resort should not be used in their title. Bathroom was so disgusting I almost took a shower elsewhere

We have been going to Sandy Shores for years. This time, I was pleasantly surprised! It looks like the shower was brand new. And it was a wonderful shower. Plenty of hot water. The beds were new (I think). Very comfy! The owner is always a gentleman. So nice and always accommodating. Close to the boardwalk. We will continue to stay here!

I'm sorry to have to give this review but Definitely not worth the price we paid, if you're desperate for a place to stay and this is all you can find last minute be sure to bring enough fly tape for the bugs that are in the room and you're favorite scented candle for the bad odor in the room found on arrival.

Nice “ Oldie But Goodie Motel” in walking distance to the boardwalk. I’ve stayed here and Bird of Paradise for many years when my daughter was young. Checkin was smooth, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room has a kitchenette (No pots, pans, dinnerware, or cutlery provided). Bathroom was clean with strong shower pressure (could use some grab bars for safety) New mattresses with nice crisp white sheets. The pool was clean, heated and a decent size with a kiddie area (plenty of floaties for guests to use.) There’s an ice machine also. The staff were incredibly professional and very accommodating. I’ll definitely return next year!!

I have been staying at this hotel for years. With my family. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always nice and very helpful. The maids made sure daily we had clean towels and didn’t need anything. Also My kids love the pool And the hotel is close to the boardwalk. With their great prices it is a win all around to stay at Sandy shores.
