Hotel facilities were alright but the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in; too soft and springy, almost like you were sinking.

This hotel provides great value for money, especially due to the leisure facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The room service is well priced and the service is prompt.

Clean, spacious, peaceful room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful - calling taxis, advising on places to go etc. Really great buffet breakfast.

A chain hotel in the suburbs of a small town, next to an ecological park. The environment is beautiful and quiet, the service is standard, and the facilities are standard. Can you easily call a taxi? The hotel is easy to get in and out. The breakfast is standard and generous. It is suitable for business trips or tourism. I left some small items at the hotel when I left, but there was no inquiry at all, which was a bit surprising.

Very nice & friendly place and has sauna and swimming facilities are great. It has decent free car park, accepts pet dogs and is next to major roads. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and a dinner, both were reasonably good.

Stayed one night when visiting University of East Anglia open day. Good location, convenient for University, Norwich and surrounding area, friendly staff. Have stayed here before and would again.

Outside is a little run down but refurbished inside. Good room (premium). Location is easy to access but a little too far from city centre

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast which was good quality, varied and well labelled. Made use of the gym which was fairly wrll equipped.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna were great and easy to access. The changing rooms had adequate lockers and showers and a swimwear dryer. The staff were polite and helpful. I visited the bar late into the night and the staff were more than happy to stop whatever paperwork or jobs they were doing to prioritise me. The beds were comfy but the rooms are in need of soundproofing as twice I was woken by people moving things upstairs or people returning to their rooms next door.
