Niggles: The Trip.com booking for the family of 3 (1 adult + 2 children) had apparently been made as a 1 adult only booking. But the Reception corrected the booking. Unfortunately also the sofa bed had not been made in the room and with arroving late evening, it was an added wait for the tired younger one. The breakfast area lacked enough staff to tidy up the tables as guests left which made the area not as welcoming for new guests arriving. Also there was insufficient staff in the serving buffet area with the food and drinks not being replenished in a timely manner.... adding more time for the waiting guests. But the staff were all very helpful and trying their best to keep things moving. EV charging would be a great plus to add to the hotel along with USB sockets in the bedroom. Positives: Helpful and frienfly staff. Comfortable and spacious bedroom. Great selection of hot and cold foods offering at breakfast buffet. Lovely setting and decor around the hotel. The main recetion area was welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The a/c was the main reason for choosing this hotel.... for availabity in the area.

Beautiful and clean hotel, I'll definitely stay there again. The side lamps were faulty but staff were very helpful and brought in a replacement straight away.

Spacious suit, quiet environment and breakfast choices was nice. I will be going back again My son enjoyed his time at DoubleTree by hilton Nottingham.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.
