Roomzzz Nottingham City

Great visit from start to finish. Ideal location near to tram and main square. Really friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean modern room with all amenities and comfortable bed. Loved the blackout curtains and quiet location. All in all a perfect visit. Buttery croissants and tea or coffee for breakfast and added bonus.

The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

really nice hotel , lovely amenities and location. only issue was under the bed hadnt been checked as had a past couples lubricant apart from that amazing place to stay definitely recommend.

Stayed here specifically for self service laundry which is great - guests have access to washer and dryer and detergent was provided for free. My room was okay but I wasn’t a fan of the colour choices of the interior - the black, grey and yellow was a bit much. Just made the room really dark. Cleaninless could have been better - bob of shower gel on the floor, stains on sofa and dirt and hairs on bathroom floor that I had not left. Another plus point is that free tea, coffees and croissants are offered for guests which is fab! Lovely reception staff. Just improve on housekeeping and consider changing the room decor. I would stay again as it was pleasant overall.

We’d enjoy the lovely stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. Reasonable price with clean and comfortable environments. Room sized is big compared with some traditional brand hotel.Good Wi-Fi connection. It’s so amazing on providing Free croissant and coffee/Tea for light breakfast. Very Good location. And we are so appreciative on the reception staff, PATRYK, he’s attentive, patient to us and offered a lot of help since my mother is a wheelchair elderly. Of course we can’t compare ROOMZZZ hotel with other Big-brand luxury hotel,however you will feel their warm welcomed atmosphere and satisfied on everything with the good reasonable prices. It as a great room. It was clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet and quite close to the city centre.

Comfortable bed, nice mood lighting, impressed there was a kitchen. Best part was 1pm late check out.
