Nice hotel located in Nuwara Eliya. The hotel reminds about a western style, British country side hotel and is also good looking- both interior and exterior. The staff are fantastic and the service the best! The chinese food was so good here (it’s their speciality here) and the location is really the best, surrounded by tea plantages and beautiful nature! And they have a fantastic pub here too🤩

Heel prettig hotel met goede value for money. Because of my gluten-intolerance I have to eat gluten-free and they really made me happy with their cooking. I didn’t have any trouble. From the hotel you can walk to the Victoria Park with is very nice. I surely recommend Heaven Seven.

This is a beautiful property with large and spacious rooms, a beautiful lobby, huge dining hall, and an indoor pool. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Reasons why this isn't a five star review: 1) Housekeeping took ALL the towels in our room and it took multiple calls to the front desk to get them replaced. They also provided only 2 towels for a room with 3 people, and a single tiny bottle of shower gel, and a single tiny bottle of shampoo. Nothing else. 2) There's a kettle and instant coffee and tea bags but no creamer provided. 3) Food: I really appreciate that vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were labelled in the buffet, but the quality of food was below average. For example, the peas were undercooked in multiple dishes and I found a long hair in one of the chutneys (yuck!). I also wish there were more Sri Lankan dishes at the dinner buffet. The breakfast on the other hand was so much better than the dinner buffet.
