説是英式酒店，連個花園都沒有，房間沒有吹風機，打電話才送。早餐品種比較少。最不好的的是地點環境。出了酒店就是一條公路，連個散步的地方都沒有。不過酒店服務熱情，所以這方面打了五分。

作為兩家Resplendent Ceylon酒店的過度酒店，這家坐落在努瓦艾利也的英式酒店是不錯的，大堂，餐廳，庭院設施很豐富，餐廳的食物也是多樣美味的,同時價格也非常具有性價比，唯一的缺點是由於海拔較高2400米，因此温度偏低，房間內較冷，沒有空調，杯子感覺有點潮。

酒店比較新也比較乾淨，但是服務一般，洗澡的熱水不是很充足，多人洗會變涼。沒有電梯，行李箱要靠服務員搬，小費少不了

有點英倫小鎮感覺，周邊沒什麼吃飯的地方，酒店的餐還可以挺好吃的，服務很熱情，房間很nice，床品很新，這個價格感覺很超值

酒店確實位於高地之上，是整個斯里蘭卡最涼快的地方。晚上到達的時候温度衹有十幾度，門前點起了篝火，非常之具有氛圍，是罕見的。斯里蘭卡的高原酒店。
