Este hotel é simplesmente incrível. Desde o atendimento pelo gerente Alex, como de todo o time. São atenciosos, cuidados. Eu realmente amei passar o fim de semana com eles. Não consta que tem academia, mas pude usar a academia que há. Destaque ao spa, com chás maravilhosos, perfeita para um fim de dia pós-ski. O café da manhã é delicioso. Solicite pão sem glúten e prepararam quentinho. Jantei em seu restaurante que é sem dúvidas o melhor da cidade. Eu realmente sentirei saudades deste hotel.

Mit Euphorie entschieden wir uns bewusst für das stilvolle Restaurant, statt für das Restaurant direkt an der Piste. Doch wir wurden enttäuscht: der Service der jungen Dame war schlecht. Sie mag grundsätzlich nett gewesen sein, aber für ein Restaurant, in dem es nur ein anderes Gästepaar hatte, grauenhaft unaufmerksam. Die meisten Sachen, die wir brauchten, mussten durch Fingerzeig bei ihr bestellt worden. Klar, es war 11.45 Uhr, aber auch dann erwarte ich, dass man weder das Liefern der Speisekarte, noch das liefern von Brot, noch das liefern von Kaffee oder Rechnung anfragen muss. Auch wenn am Anfang das System noch nicht hochgefahren ist. Das Essen ist gut.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel favoloso. Camere super pulite e personale eccezionale e gentilissimi tutti. Le nostre bimbe hanno sciato a 2 passi dall hotel e la spa è fantastica. Ci torneremo senz altro l anno prossimo e quelli a venire!

Super geführtes Hotel, das Personal ist wie der Chef, zuvorkommend, kontaktfreudig und nett Super Wellnessbereich mit Panoramablick ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes Essen Die Bikevermietung im Sportgeschäft Holdener gibt noch einen Hotelrabatt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Roggenstock sehr empfehlen.
