This was def not the best hotel or even qualified for over 7 star rating. The room I booked had 8.5 rating with a door you had to fight to get in and out of (room 403) had to also fight the sliding door to open and close. Then there was a huge metal piece sticking out that could have caused an injury. CS was minimal. And I work in CS/quality so I have a great understanding of expectations. Wouldn’t recommend if not a really cheap price with very low expectations. I’m looking for a way to add pic but unfortunately have not but if I figure It out I will Add pic of metal piece sticking out out of sliding doors.

everyone on the staff, for the most part was incredibly nice, some were a little rude and made it seem like a bother to talk to them but the ones that were nice made go for the bad.
the rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast options were good, small dining area that gets crowded fast. but they were nice enough not to mind if you took the food back to your room. the pool was beyond pleasant and the tiki bar being right beside it was the best part.
i’d definitely come back in the future, it was reasonable and everything you need is close by.

We have been staying here for five years or more because of great lication Nd love there is a pool. Hotel just is in need of TLC.

The ceiling had mold on it. The toilet was leaking. The silverware was rusty. Patio door was hard to lock. Did not have a skillet, only 2 little pans. Bathroom ventilation didn’t work. Everything was out dated and old.It didn’t have a bottle opener or can opener.

Toilet didn’t flush, drains were backed up in sink and tub and no hot water for shower in the morning. We were pressed for time so we had to skip Mold in the bathroom. Cleaners walked in while I was in the bathroom.

Our trip was very nice. Hotel was quite and had everything that you would need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was also nice. We did enjoy the Boozie Egg
Restaurant and bar, we had breakfast there and service and food were excellent best omelets we ever had. Overall had a very good stay. Don't believe all the bad reviews.
The price, closeness to food and activities is worth it. Would stay again.

The location was nice right at the border of Delaware and MD. Since we did not plan on going to boardwalk it was fine for us. The room itself was a very bad location in building we were literally right on the patio of the pool and bar we were unable to open our curtains at any given time during the day and most of night without crowds of people looking at you. It was very noisy since they had a band both nights which set up an inch from our patio. A lot of debris from bar and pool seem to blow over Into our small spot which was. It swept up. The room was large and clean and staff responded to needed items promptly. We would stay here again just no where near the pool or bar side of building.

It was nice. Perfect location, view of ocean, staff was excellent ! Tiki bar and restaurant was fun! Breakfast was good, would stay again.
