We used it for a single night. It is a hotel near the station, but I don't hear the sound of the train and I think it is a relatively quiet environment. The hotel is conveniently located. After leaving the east exit of Odawara Station, remember to find the passage on the third floor to the hotel. We met 2 staff at restaurant there that were not cheerful and giving us a poker face! They even urge us to finish our breakfast when we just started for 15 mins, saying that just 15 more mins were allowed. The female staff standing at the front desk of restaurant looks like she was suffering and unhappy about her job, without any reasons, we have no clue why she acted that way. The food provided in both dinner and breakfast buffet are just so so and not much to choose from. The view from the room is excellent as the location itself is in front of the lake, the room is spacious and clean! However, with such service, I will not come back and not recommended to others, there are more options in Hakone in similar price.

It was obvious from arrival that this hotel is brilliantly managed. In a clean and beautifully decorated reception area we were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Our room was spotless, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and everything you could possibly need, even including bilingual TV!! I think the view improves the higher the floor, so aim for the highest of the twelve levels you can get! We were only able to stay one night, so couldn’t experience all of the countless facilities, but we absolutely loved the amazing and Brilliantly designed Bade centre with its beautiful swimming pool complex, impressive fitness centre and hot spring baths!! We had sunny but cool weather but swam outdoors in the heated pool area!! Brilliant!! There is a lounge area that serves a variety of food with specialities and themes. It’s very nice and has a well stocked bar, but it isn’t cheap!! Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, but “expensive”!! The buffet dinner though is good value with a wide range of tasty international dishes to suit all tastes! Go to the buffet for dinner!! The breakfast too was international and delicious. The dining room service was unbelievably friendly, thoughtful and professional!! Have no worries about choosing this hotel!

Great value for money. It is very close to Atami Station, a 5-minute walk, very convenient. After exiting the JR station, turn left and walk straight ahead (passing the bus station, there is a Family Mart opposite). Self check-in, remember to ask the staff for a kettle when checking in, as there is no one in the room; disposable items such as toothbrushes and cups can be obtained from the elevator. However, breakfast is a small sandwich and coffee, which is not full and is not recommended. You can store your luggage in the hotel before check-in (automatic luggage box on the first floor). The MOA Art Museum can be reached directly by bus in front of the hotel, but it is still recommended to go to Atami Station to take the bus, otherwise there may be no seats. The staff is rather cold-faced and unenthusiastic. Another bad thing is that on the way from Atami Station to the hotel, you will pass by a heavenly burial ground, which is a bit unlucky~ Everything else is perfect~

Impressed by the infinity pool design of outdoor onsen on 6/F. Can watch sunrise with stunning view. Need to confirm if can go in for the morning during your stay as they switch gender for every day. It’s not a problem if you are staying for two nights. Food is nice and breakfast buffet has wide variety of dishes. Free shuttle bus is available to Garo station every 30mins.
