I think Forza is a hotel suitable for staying in Oita mayor, of course, short stay is also suitable. First, the accommodation is very clean and stylish, making me feel very relaxed. Second, the location is good. There is no problem with walking to Oita Station in ten minutes. There is an entrance and exit on the roof to connect to the Qilou Commercial Street. So even if it rains, you don't need an umbrella. In addition, there are many shops you need to go to on weekdays such as convenience stores, coffee bars, supermarkets and so on. It is also very close to Kyoto Street. I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. I will book this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come back.

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. There are also shops, snacks, etc., which appealed local ingredients from small restaurants behind the hotel. Also, it is about １０ walk to Oita Station, and if you go through the restaurant area on the way, you can buy souvenirs in front of the station in a blink of an eye, so there is no problem in terms of location. The essential hotel also has a large communal bath, and the adult ４ name is large enough to be immersed in the bathtub, but if you concentrate, you can't slow down, it's hard to change clothes, and you can't use a hair dryer. Can't Hmm. I think you should think about the layout of the dressing room a little more. And the room smells very cigarettes. I accidentally booked a smoking room and I was bad and I couldn't transfer to a non-smoking room, but it smells strong from the moment I got off the elevator hall. Naturally, the room has a strong cigarette smell, and even if you apply deodorant, it doesn't work at all. Fortunately, the window opened, so I opened the window and aired it with an air conditioner, but I couldn't smell it all the time during the night. At this time, there are many rooms that I don't really care about even in smoking rooms, but it was too intense. In Oita, there are many restaurants where smoking is OK, and I felt that passive smoking prevention was sweet. In addition, breakfast was rich in local dishes, but ４ stayed and all the contents were the same. There were only １ types of daily pasta, but in fact the same penne was served every day. When staying consecutive nights, you will get tired of thinking about dinner and breakfast the next day. The bathtub in the room is also small and deep, so I can't recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in the room.

Had an overnight stay here for the rugby after a day travelling down from Hokkaido. The trip went incredibly smoothly, then the welcome, the fans zone, the organisation and the fans transport out to the stadium were amazing. Well done Oita. The hotel was a little overwhelmed by the number of people booking in before the match, but staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; and the hotel was easily found from the station via an interesting arcade - no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Would certainly stay here again if in Oita.

Excellent location, just next to Oita JR station. Room is clean and well designed, bed is comfortable. However, the pillows are a bit too thin. Free Ramen serves at 9:30-11pm which is so good. Carpark is available onsite which costs ¥1500 per night but there are a few cheaper overnight carparks nearby hotel which are very convenient.

The location is a little from the downtown area, but the view was good because it was high-rise. The equipment is still old. The shower in the bathroom was not an automatic temperature plug, and the water pressure of the hot water was weak, so it was difficult to adjust the amount of hot water at the appropriate temperature to use the shower. Also, breakfast was disappointing. Although it was a Viking, the replenishment was slow, and some of them did not come out to the end only by the tag. There is no udon noodles yet, so when I asked the staff, it was out of stock, so I could do it by soba. I refused because it would take １５ minutes. I've never heard of a Viking out of stock. Even though there aren't many people. There was almost no bread. Services such as the front desk are good. Especially the greeting of the person who cleaned the room was pleasant.

I went to Oita in a hurry at the law, and I booked with my wife for two minutes, but I was told to the front desk that I had a large room, and when I entered the room, it was really large, clean and clean room, and I was grateful.
