Homeless camp right next door to property. Breakfast had limited options. Indoor Pool area was dirty

very clean, but not also the people around the property. I noticed a homeless settlement across from the parking lot. An unfortunately destitute woman approached, offering me her services before I opened the door.
The next morning I went to the food bar for breakfast at 7. I was told there were no eggs, bacon, or sausage because someone had taken it all on Sunday. It was there for breakfast two days later. I'm still puzzled about how the food prepared for Sunday and the following two days was taken on Sunday.

The service with good. Thing we have here much is the first room. They assign us was not cleaned and the second room the couch bed with broken. We ended up Not staying okay and They canceled our reservation for was with no penalty. We ended up staying at a Courtyard Marriott for almost the same price.

My husband and I almost stayed here during a night while we were moving. The area was pretty sketchy and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car full of all of our belongings overnight in the parking lot so decided to stay somewhere else. In general, the hotel was fine, we just weren’t comfortable with the area.
Also, it is about 1.5 miles from Bricktown. “Near” if you are driving, but if you are trying to walk to the area it isn’t possible.

The room is nicely renovated, clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Close to the Brickyard area, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Sad situation surround many homelessness in and outside the property. I had to lock my doors with my kid in the car while waiting on my husband. They were coming up to our car.
The front desk lied more than once, especially about if we call ******* and complain that she would refund.
Pictures on the website are totally fabricated. Holes in walls, floors nasty and smelly order immediately experienced when you enter the lobby.
I'm glad we didn't stay I can only imagine the room and breakfast experience we would've had to endure, especially since this was my husband's getaway.
I truly can't believe ******* would be associated with such trash. I think highly of *******.

Great Rooms, just a bunch of rift raft going on around and near hotel. Made it feel unsafe.
