If you can accept the price, it is a very good hotel with a good location in the city center and convenient transportation. Opposite the hotel is the home court of the OKC basketball team. I was reminded to change the shower gel, but it was not replaced. The second reminder gave me snacks to apologize. There is valet parking service.

It wasn't bad per se, but spending +$300 for a king suite and the room isn't larger than a standard room at Best Western for $100 was a significant letdown. Also the Water pressure in the sink on the 12th floor was terrible, I assume they pump the water up instead of using a gravity fed water tower.

The Omni OKC was amazing. I’ve never seen such a well run and organized hotel. From valet, check-in, restaurants, they were fully staffed and very attentive. It was extremely busy and we did not wait for anything. Clean and beautiful hotel, highly recommended!

We stayed for the OKC Thunder game across the street. Just had a quick walk across the road. Very convenient. Restaurant/Food/Bar in hotel. Enjoyed the view of the city from the room as well

Didnt like water pressure it was.terrible never could get tub to fill. The foodservice was terrible screwed up our order charged for stuff we didnt order and the taste was terrible. I.plainly.told them 2 of us charged for 3. 3 pies and 2 fries ordered 2 pies and 1 fry...no chicken on my salad....it was.terrible. the fries wrre.from the day before. We will stay at Mariott next door from now on. Wr never had these problems and its less expensive. And your gift shop was closed....and bars dont open until late..

This is a great facility. There is not a thing to complain about. Beautiful facility, top-notch dining options and just a wonderful hotel.
