The price was good in terms of performance, except that the sea was very stony and wavy.

Unfortunately, this hotel hasn't even come close to 4 star standards. The water park is very nice and children can have fun, but the music is extremely loud, and the lyrics are full of indecent words inappropriate for kids. I tried to make my point to the 'animation' manager, but he literally laughed in my face. The food is not very good, with a repetition of the same dishes every day. My son got sick for 2 days from some food he had consumed in the restaurant, so I avoided giving him any food from their premises. I took him outside to a cafe to feed him instead of eating at the hotel. Although we had a all inclusive package. Super inconvenient but safer for a 6 year old child. The cleaning standards are also very poor. I took some pictures that show how disgusting some parts are. The staff are mostly nice, but the lack of English was a problem. Not even the general manager, to whom I complained about the inappropriate language in the music played at the playground, understood me. He didn't have a clue about what I was talking about, despite having to deal with 2000 plus guests from all nationalities. The gym equipment was outdated and not well-maintained, the pier was in need of repairs, and the cleanliness of the bars, restaurants, and surrounding areas left much to be desired. Having to use the hotel laundry service was a necessity as my 6 year old son managed to dirty his clothes within just a few days. Much to my astonishment, washing 5 pairs of kids' shorts, 5 t-shirts, and 2 pairs of underpants added up to a whopping bill of €38. I couldn't help but think that I could have easily purchased him new clothes with that amount of money. To make things worse, they lost one of his shorts in the laundry and didn't bother to refund the money even though I asked for it. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, maintenance, and cleanliness was disappointing. The only good thing was the water park, but the loud music was horrible to listen to, playing from 10 am to 5 pm with a much needed break from noon to 1 pm. The room we were given seemed outdated and in need of a refresh. The floor was stained, the furniture looked worn, and the bathroom tiles were chipped. We also noticed dust on the surfaces, which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning process. The lack of maintenance was evident in the flickering lights and the noisy air conditioning unit. It was clear that the hotel was not living up to its reputation as a 4 star establishment. The hotel also advertised a fun park, but it was actually not working at all. In fact, it was a bunch of old rides dumped in front of one of the swimming pools for everyone to see. It was disappointing to see the state of the fun park advertised by the hotel. The old equipment was indeed a mess, with rust and dirt covering the old 'attractions'. It was clear that the park had been neglected and left abandoned for some time. This further added to our overall disappointment with the lack of attenti

I don't usually write reviews but I feel the needs as I saw few bad reviews here and I was worried before coming over. The holiday was perfect, we were here for 10 night from 12 of August to 22nd. Our room was cleaned every day room number 622, the food was good. The staff are friendly. The pools are clean. Nothing to complain about from us. We enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the reception staff. We were placed in a superior family room overlooking the water park at the side of the steps to the water park entrance. The room was great. It was big with sleeping for 4 and a fold out bed for a 5th. It was clean and a big balcony to watch the action if you wanted a day off. The music and water park start at 1000hrs, with the water park shutting down at 1200-1300 for dinner. The music continues until about 1700 when the water park also closes. The music could be loud to some and not to others. There is a quiet pool on the other side of the hotel where there isn't music. The main restaurant near the reception is hot during meal times with inside and outside dining. The food is a little repetitive, but there are plenty of choices to suit all tastes. There are cats wandering around the hotel and, to some, are not wanted. If ignored, they don't bother you, but some guests feed them, and the cats hang around more. The beach is nearby. It is stoney and beach shoes are highly recommended. There are several independent businesses in the complex and try to sell you their services. There are several members of staff who deserve praise, and Eyup on his rollerskates is a sight to see going round serving drinks. The foam party on an afternoon is good way to finish the day. Room for improvement... The kids pool could do with a canopy over it to cover the pool to let children play in the shade. More mattresses for the sunbeds. Keep up the appearance by maintainable tasks. Overall a good hotel

Avoid! We are in the middle of a complaint with Easyjet. Myself and 5 other families from our flight. Everyone on our flight was not given the rooms they initially booked. For us travelling as a family of five and a separate family of two, we all got lumped together in a room with only 6 beds for all 7 of us. We are a married couple with a 6 year old and two year old twins having to share with our friend and her 6 year old daughter. Unacceptable. Hotel did not care. Kept telling us to come back tomorrow. Very rude reception staff. Had my friend in tears and couldn't care less. Two of them went off home while we were trying to sort out the sleeping situation. All while 2 other families from our flight were threatening to sleep in reception and another family given a room that was covered in mold. Finally got settled at 230am after arriving at 10pm. Only because they shoved a camp bed in our room. My autistic daughter was kicking off and her twin was asleep in his buggy by this point so had no choice. Food is vile. Incorrectly labelled. They had fish with scales and a tail in a tomato sauce labelled as grilled chicken. Prawns inside boiled rice, meat in soup labelled as vegetable soup, flies galore over all the cold and cereal selection and no blue insect zapper above anything other than the hot food selection. Outside cooking station is dangerous. Undercooked items and no insect lamps. The snack bar has a beige menu available but gets very VERY repetitive when it feels like the only place you can eat safely. 2 of our party were vomiting and another 4 of us had diahoerrea for around a week after returning. Even though only eating items we felt safe with. Air-conditioning broke down and leaked all over my 2 year old sons bed on the same night two of our party were vomiting. Asked for maintenence and a maid for extra bedding and towels. Took two visits to reception as they don't answer the phone. 1st time told to wait 30 minutes for maintenance and the maid would follow. Second visit after 1 hour the reception staff decided they couldn't speak English and started talking to each other and laughing in turkish. Took for me to reach out to easyjet on X before anything was done. Cat poo found in the children's water play area that the lifeguard did nothing about when we reported it (at least we hope it was a cat) someone had a poo in the pool while we were there and the lifeguard just fished it out and let everyone carry on. Cola tastes like salt water so I stuck to water (I don't drink, so can't comment on alcohol) staff are not friendly. Not specifically rude, just uninterested. Reception staff are horrific and the guy with the terrible hair plugs bugging everyone 3 times a day to use the spa for "special discounts" is a royal pain and frankly very rude and borderline aggressive when you say no. Asking me how much I spent on my holiday etc. Just wouldn't take no for an answer. Horrible man. I would see him coming and just say no before h

Had some worries prior to arrival due to reading some of the reviews. From check in to check out the hotel never failed to amaze me. Food was fantastic with lots of variation. Rooms clean with all necessary requirements, fridge, air con etc. The real centre piece for this hotel was the pool and slides. My 8 year old daughter spent every day on the slides. Great variation from basic to more intense. Plenty of bars so very little queueing time for drinks. The daily foam party was a real hit with all. There are some local bars and restaurants along with 2 large bazaars for all the fake gear you could require. Entertainment staff were fab, constantly on the go keeping the energy high. Special mention to Furkan Özaslan, super friendly, always time for conversations, really went the extra mile to make myself and family feel important. Would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a great all round holiday.

Wouldn't rate 4 star more like a 2 star. Location is terrible, very isolated. Food wasn't the best, only used 3 times, hard to get a table, cats roaming restaurant, snacks bar is better for kids. Four family members became ill as did many other people. Most staff pleasant. Pools fine for kids apart from excessive loud music from 10am to 10pm some music not appropriate for young children Room was a superior, clean, plenty of space, good air con, no locks on toilet or showers, toilet got blocked, toilet seats dont stay up when using toilet . When room doors shut didn't block out the loud music. None of the rides advertised for children were in use or fit for purpose. Promised free dining in alar carte restaurant, never received after requesting. Very expensive in shops on complex.Spa on site nice and reasonable. Kept getting harassed to have pictures taken of children or their hair braided at a cost. Shame it could be a lovely place if took all guests into consideration and spent money updating the area. Sadly i wouldn't recommend for families, we wont be returning.
