Everything in this hotel is great. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is amazing...it's right on the beach, there are two very very large pools. There is a wide variety of food and drinks. there are shows every night which are pretty entertaining and add to the whole experience. This place is great for family vacation.

We stay in an apartmant with two separeted rooms (one for us and one for our children). The room was clean and everyday the housekeeping came, cleaned and chanched towels. There was various activities for all family members at the pool or in the sport area. In the restorant was a lot of food diversity for all taste. We had a personal assistant from the TUI agency who keep us inform every day about activities, weather, make reservation for a la carte restaurant.

Best hotel with good staff and delicious dishes. We mkved leodikya from lower class hotel and They give us Family rooms as free. Everything was amazin, rooms, Programmes, beach,music... Highly recomended hotel who looking for good place for family and couples

Leaving a tough review is difficult, but there are some things that I think this 5 star hotel has over looked. Positives - The hotel is clean and nicely kept the staff do a great job at keeping the communal area's really clean the staff that do the these jobs are credit to the hotel. There were lots of sunbeds by the pool and service from the waiters was excellent. Checkin was smooth and the massages I had was excellent shout out Mahood who was awesome at his job but be careful at getting talked into courses of massage. Negatives - Alot of the waiting staff dont speak english (its and international Language) and this include only two reception staff who spoke it well enough to talk to about issues we faced. Ordering drinks at meal time was slow, thats if you could evan find the waiters and if they understood the order. The other major thing for me was the noise in the room from the late night entertainment, I had to sleep every night with headphones on that were noise cancelling and could still hear/feel the base line that went on until 11:30, thats fine if you want to stay up late, some nights I did and others I didn't so it was a problem becuase I come on holiday to Relax and Rest. As party of 5 we paid for a sea view so the others didn't want to move. The other issue I had was that the room wasn't cleaned properly every day, and I had to unblock the shower myself. Food was the other thing I struggled with 10 days of the same rotation of food on left me home sick for variety, nice salad selections and lots of nice meat. Also there were alot of German and Russian's at the hotel that while I have no problem, my daugher struggled to meet or make any friends with like she has done on other holidays. Would I stay again for the price we paid I have stayed in better, with better food and better service and better english speaking staff.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are really spacious and comfortable and although the hotel is quite large it has a very cosy feel to it. The pool is superb, although a little chilly at this time of year and the staff, well they make the hotel. All of them are so friendly, attentive and helpful. A special shout goes to RAMAZAN and OLI from the animation team and HEMZA from the bar ( best cocktails ever) , the dancing shows were not bad I didn’t Liked it at all but the activities were really fun and cool .
