La Promenade Rooms & Suites Reviews

Highly recommended, this clean and inviting place in a great area of Olbia. We stayed only for 1 night on our journy and were enjoying the Pizzaria with very friendly staff in the same house and the promenade right in front of the place. in the evening there were some places with music close, seems to be a lively area of the city, but the accomodation was very quiet. Friendly owner.

I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in. Who knows who else has the code to my room??? I could not sleep amd had to be leave prematurely. I folded all the unused towels that the non-English speaking person happened to be present for another gues. to me provided so that the unit would be clean and they would not have to use resources to clean items I did not use. It was a horrible experience one of the worst I've ever had. On top of that they sent me a text message that was incredibly rude. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless you're planning to sell at a hostel

This was a nice stay on the Olbia waterfront. The property could use some fine tuning, in respect to level of hospitality.

The location was good with a huge terasse

It's a brand new and very beautiful place. Everything is nearby and you are right on the promenade but there is no noise in the rooms. We had a problem that Ms Maria Paola solved very well with kindness, empathy and timeliness. A beautiful and highly recommended place

Good location near the lagoon and not far from the center. Nice apar**ent, simple decor, large and clean, no noise pollution. Large and functional bathroom. Good bedding

We sat 6 friends for pizza at the prom. After letting us sit, they made us wait for literally 45 minutes on the clock before taking our order. Of course we had to ask the waiter to take it. We waited about another 50 minutes before the pizza arrived. The pizza was tiny, as you can see in the picture below. It really seemed like a mockery to us. Also because the pizzas at the other tables looked normal. We left hungry, after eating a tiny pizza, which was mediocre among other things. There must have been 10 full tables in all and half of them had already eaten, so we don't even understand how this was possible. We will never go back.
