"Very friendly staff, some of them even spoke French. Hotel located really close to the bus stops serving the historic city center and the beaches. Right next to a great pizzeria II Galeone and across the street from a brand new Burger King. Near a small shopping area where you can do some grocery shopping. The room is small but functional with a large bathroom and a small balcony upstairs 😊 also having a very practical small fridge. The breakfasts served were good, not with an incredible choice but enough to satisfy everyone. The bedding was good and we slept very well. Clean towels every day and the room was cleaned. Really great stay at a very good price, I will gladly return!"

"Beautiful property, but maintenance and management fall short of 4-star standards. Upon arrival, the bathroom floor was wet, and the sink and air conditioning leaked in the room, creating a pool on the floor. Despite reports, the problem was never resolved. Mold and cobwebs were on the bathroom door, spiders in the closet and shower; mold was covered with paint and silicone, but leaks continued. One day, the room wasn't cleaned despite the sign "Please clean the room." Upon returning, we were told that "they knocked and no one answered," as if cleaning was only done while guests were present. Dinner at the hotel was overpriced: in Porto Cervo, the same quality was €30 less. Most unacceptable: €3 for 0.5L of water (€0.30 at the supermarket). A 4-star hotel shouldn't charge for water, or at least not with such high margins. The pool has fewer umbrellas than loungers, and the hot tub was out of order after two days. At check-out, called at 11.31am to remind us of the time, while we were already at reception with luggage, without an offer of help. Positive notes: some of the friendly staff and decent breakfast. Closer to a B&B than a luxury resort. We won't be returning. Beautiful property but maintenance and management far from 4-star standards. On arrival, bathroom floor was wet, sink and AC leaking into the room creating a puddle — never fixed despite reports. Mold and cobwebs on bathroom door, spiders in wardrobe and shower; mold covered with paint and silicone but leaks persisted. One day the room was not cleaned despite the “please make up the room” sign; we were told “housekeeping pregnant and no one answered,” as if cleaning is only done when guests are present. Dinner at the hotel was overpriced: same quality in Porto Cervo was €30 cheaper. Most unacceptable: €3 for 0.5L water (supermarket €0.30). A 4-star hotel should not charge for water, or at least not with such a high markup. Pool had few umbrellas compared to loungers, jacuzzi broken after two days. At check-out, called at 11:31 to remind us of the time while we were already at reception with luggage, no offer of assistance. Positives: some kind staff and decent breakfast. Feels more like a B&B than a luxury resort. We will not return."

"My wife and I wanted a quiet holiday, a comfortable environment, sunshine, good food, and a hotel swimming pool. We found all that and more in Hotel Daniel. The hotel is ideally situated off the main road, a short distance from Olbia Airport. (Use the 514 bus to get to Murta Maria.) It is perfectly aligned so that the balcony is in sunlight in the morning and then the pool area catches the sun in the afternoon. The main thing to note is that the hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms, corridors, balconies and pool area are cleaned daily. The reception area is bright and cheerful, and once checked-in there is a side gate which can be used for easy access. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and quiet (not sure what the noise levels might be like when the hotel is fully occupied). Breakfast is a joy, with a great selection of continental meats, cheese, breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juices, coffees & teas. Note that there is no evening restaurant service but there are many restaurants within walking distance. We will forever enjoy our fond memories of Hotel Daniel, of Daniel himself and his friendly staff but especially the housekeepers who cleaned our room exceptionally well. Thank you all!"

"We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Sulia House. It's a lovely laid back small boutique hotel (unusual for a Hilton) and very well located close to Porto Rotondo. While the layout is a little dated the rooms have been nicely refurbed with great views. The pool a nice size and with the views out to Porto Cervo it's serene and relaxing. Staff are lovely, very helpful with great service. Not sure it's ideal for families with young kids but simply great for couples."

"This was our second stay in Hotel Centrale and once again was excellent. Alessio and Alexandre were super friendly and very helpful. They gave us room 301 on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the Corso Umberto all the way down to the port and Tavolara Island. Rooms are extremely clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops close by. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will be back!!"

"It was 2 nights with my husband in the week of feragosto. The structure is very interesting: it consists of several typical Sardian buildings (stacks) in the countryside around Olbia. Each of them is composed of two large, self-catering bedrooms with access from the common garden. Besides the double bed there is also a 3 single bed and there is really so much space. The bathroom is windowd. The room is equipped with refrigerator, air conditioning, swab, outdoor space with chairs and sticks. I would suggest that the owner add appendages, hooks, sticks that always make me very comfortable to hang things that I inevitably have (hot, belt, camera, bag, marshmallow). It is excellent breakfast with house cakes, typical Sardines sweets, varied seasonal fruit, honey and even salt."

"The hotel is located in the old town, near the main street but quiet. Numerous bus stops are within a kilometer, making it convenient for traveling to the surrounding areas and the airport. It's also close to the port. Despite its 4-star rating, the amenities are quite basic. The room lacks slippers or a kettle, and each person has a pillow, a single sheet, and two thin blankets. There's also a small refrigerator. We were given a room on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection and excellent service. The rooftop offers a view. If you check out before 10:00, they'll store your luggage."
