The Hotel is in a lovey location, just a short walk from the hussle and bussle of the town cntre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to take your own beach towels as they do not let you use the room towels even by their pool. We will definately be coming back.

A beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly and so helpful. We transferred from another hotel and the staff couldn't have done any more to help us. We had a swim up room and could not wish for better accommodation. The breakfast was varied with something for everyone. Food was freshly prepared and to an excellent standard. We booked again for this year and can't wait for September.

Stayed in September last year and had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly always happy to help. The pool area was lovely with lots to do if you wanted to get involved. Family have booked to go again twice in 2024. In walking distance to the main *****

Absolutely lovely hotel. We were thrilled with the quality of this beautiful place. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. They carried our bags, even our pool bags down to the pool. They couldn’t do enough to help us. Beautiful place. I would definitely recommend and we have already booked to return! X

Absolutely fabulous hotel!! Visited the hotel twice before and am booked in for a further 3 visits this year! The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Fatih goes above and beyond to make your stay the best experience. Cem is the most wonderful person, nothing is too much trouble for him, helping with luggage, directions, taxi’s and so much more, he’s more like family now! The hotel itself is situated a short walk away from the lively ***** of Hisarönü in a beautiful forest setting! The views are scenic and stunning! Being a short walk away means that you don’t have the loud music coming from the ***** disrupting your peace! The rooms are lovely and comfortable including: fridge, air-con, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a safe (small charge for use of safe). If you booked a standard room but decide you wish to splash out for a swim up room there are occasions where you can do so on arrival but it is worth booking in advance to be sure of availability! I would highly recommend the swim up rooms! They are beautiful and have access to your own private sunbeds and then a shared pool with 5/6 rooms totally worth it! We have used both swim up and standard and enjoyed both, no sun bed wars as there are plenty to go around at the main pool! There are 3 pools as well as the swim up pools, a large pool, baby pool & a pool with water slides. There has been some upgrades to the hotel this season including WiFi boosters, new sunbeds, new door locks, new seating area around the bar area plus much more!! I can’t wait to return again this season!

Have stayed here several times - both when all inclusive and, this time, as bed & breakfast. Hotel is ideally placed and only a short walk from Hisaronu's shops, bars, restaurants, etc. It's clean with an army of ladies keeping it so. Nothing wrong with breakfast, there's a fair selection. But remember you're in Turkey so don't expect bacon and pork sausages. Snack Bar is great for lunch with a decent range of food on offer. Pools are clean and the waterslides good fun for all ages. If you want a quieter pool, the swim-up rooms are a good idea. Staff are all friendly and, if you need them, helpful. It must still be good as we're back again this summer.

As a family of four we stayed at this hotel in August 2023. We have been thoroughly traumatised by our experience and will never be returning to this hotel nor sadly Turkey. Unfortunately something we ate/drank in the hotel made myself and our daughter extremely unwell requiring urgent hospital trea**ent. We both needed intravenous fluids and antibiotics as we were diagnosed with gastroenteritis with severe dehydration. Fortunately or unfortunately we discovered that the local Deva clinic treat 1000’s of tourists every year and told us this hotel was often problematic for causing gastroenteritis requiring medical trea**ent. Our 11 year old daughter was so unwell she needed to be transferred to the local hospital about 30 minutes away for an emergency CT scan and where she spent 5 days. She had an infected bowel. On our return we took her to hospital in England as we were so concerned that she wasn’t recovering. Thank goodness for the NHS who made her better and after an intense course of antibiotics, physiotherapy and pain relief 12 weeks after she first became unwell she was better. This was one of the worst experiences of our lives and with no compensation given by Jet2 holidays we spent £5K on a holiday only to really see the hotel room and hospital. The hotel staff were very rude especially the manager who denied all knowledge that multiple guests were unwell in The hotel too. I witnessed the extremely poor cleaning of the room and bathroom whereby the cleaner used the same piece of toilet paper to clean the toilet, then the sink and then the shower! When I complained and only when our daughter was extremely unwell in hospital did we notice a flurry of cleaning about the hotel. Please see photos I took of mould being scraped off the pool bar restaurant whilst food was being prepared. If you are brave enough to book a holiday here then please ensure you have holiday insurance! One day alone for my daughter and I to receive medical trea**ent was nearly £1000! Thankfully we did have holiday insurance but received no compensation from Jet2 holidays.

Hotel - this hotel is spotless and a beautiful setting Rooms are spacious, comfy beds , fridge, balcony , air conditioning, safe, cleaned daily with fresh towels daily too. Hotel is perfectly situated only approx 5 mins walk into the bustling and vibrant hisaronu village which has plenty of shops , bars and restaurants (fez bar, castellos, del boys, malibu cocktail bar, pizza pepino ) to name a few. Pool - fantastic main pool with plenty of comfortable sunbeds (plenty for everyone so no sunbed war during our stay). Small toddler pool plus the pool with slides which is open daily from 11 till 12 and 3 till 4pm. The pools are cleaned every evening. The pool bar - absolutely fantastic staff, especially when they see you coming to bar and have your drinks ready! All purchases in bar or snack bar are charged to a card which hotel provide at check in. Great idea as saves carrying cash. We settled bill daily. All the staff in this hotel work very hard. Snack bar is great. We had lunch and pool snacks during our stay. Again, Brilliant staff , food was great and reasonable price. Special shout out to Jacob who is a fantastic!!! The entertainment team have daily activities ( water polo, aqua aerobics). We would highly recommend this hotel.
