It's OK. The location in the city center is convenient for finding food. The service is good and it's very quiet. Although it's in the city center, the hygiene is average. The housekeeper kept knocking on the door. The breakfast is good.

Overall the room with 2 queen beds is good. Eco friendly and nice choice/decision to provide refillable Dove brand hand soap, lotion, shower and shampoo.
Breakfast area could use some help with keeping things stocked as an hour before breakfast closes they maybe out of several things and no one to replenish.
Parking is available right at the property and you still have to pay $15 using your mobile. Spaces are extremely very tight for Mid size vehicles. My car door got damaged.

Our stay here was just ok. Main problem was hardly any breakfast items available. First day - ONLY available was bread, hard boiled eggs, and gravy but no biscuits. No juice - just colored water coming out of the machine. There was still and hour and a half left for breakfast! Front desk told me they ran out of food. I’ve never seen this happen at a hotel! Second day was a bit better but still only bread available plus some hot items, eggs, overdone biscuits, gravy and some yogurt. Pancake machine broken, famous cinnamon rolls they advertised were no where to be seen either day. Just very sad especially when you know they serve breakfast and know how many people are in the hotel. I knew we would have to pay for parking - it is owned by a 3rd party so you scan and pay for that but the lot attached to them had no more spots! Also the spots are extremely small so it is hard to get your vehicle in/out. They have another 3rd party lot next door which is where we parked for our stay. Staff was nice but overworked. Front desk told me people don’t show up for their shifts. She had been there well over 12 hours! There are a lot of better places to stay in Omaha so I recommend choosing elsewhere until they get their act together!

Our bed sheets were dirty. Every time we would go to the front desk we had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to show up. The parking was ridiculous.

Comfy beds!! Hotel was nice and so was the staff. Not huge fans of the area and will probably stay somewhere else next time but overall a good stay.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Creighton University and Old Market district . The staffs at the hotel were great.

Rooms and common area were nice and clean. The road noise from Farnam was very load and distruptive.
