Walk to JR Omihachiman and turn left after exiting the station ⬅️ for about 3 minutes. We were arranged in a room facing the railway tracks. The trains were noisy and there were trains running in the middle of the night and early in the morning. It was not a good night's rest and the breakfast was not good. It is not better than Comfort Hotel in other cities.

A small hotel I found randomly on the way. The service is really considerate, the room is very clean, there are special children's toiletries, parking is very convenient downstairs, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby!

The room and bed are spacious!
The breakfast service is appreciated and has a decent variety.
The Wi-Fi is fine.
Cons
The window and bed are close, so it's cold.
Also, if you're on the side of the tracks, it's noisy all the time, with freight trains and the like, so earplugs are a must.
