Accord Highland Hotel Ooty

The stay was quite comfortable,location is very good and food quality is excellent.

Accord Highland was a perfect place to relax on a short holiday. Hotel is simply great in all aspects, and here’s my experience · Located just 1 km away from Doddabetta peak, the views are mesmerizing from top · The property spread across large area, giving you ample parking and landscapes · Lounge – spacious and gives you a sense of privacy. Grab a coffee and enjoy some silence and view · Check in/out was seamless, and staff were friendly and courteous · Rooms (superior category) – spacious, clean, and comfortable upholstery and bedding · Room service attend to you without any delays · Breakfast – Definitely the best part of any hotel. The Indian/Continental assortment is definitely a thumbs up, and the outdoor (enjoy the view from the patio) · Garden/children’s play area – this is what makes it attractive for families. Open area for box cricket, walking, badminton/volley ball/basket ring, and indoor games (PS4, carrom board, chess, board games, air hockey, billiards) · Hi-Tea – complimentary evening service in the garden · Gym – small but tempting for a quick workout early in the morning · Washroom – newly renovated provided with farm fresh toiletries Things to improve · Furniture or rather wood ones are kinda old. Hopefully they are renovated soon · The driveway and parking needs maintenance. Little bit uneven

I visited the accord highland hotel last month with so much of expectations. I enjoyed more than what I expected. Nice surroundings with beautiful hills and greenery. The food was really amazing particularly the breakfast with different spreads. And the evening activities conducted are really welcoming and amazing with the energetic event manager Mr. Sivakumar. He is such a gentleman with different talents and skills. All the staff working in the restaurant, front office and house keeping departments are very nice and smiling all the time. We definitely come back with our family and friends. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel and you will never be disappointed. Kudos to the entire teams of highland hotel.

We had an fantastic stay at accord ooty really yummy food and great hospitality by all staffs ,Rooms are neat and tidy ,I wants to Mention fee staff name Manikandan Manager and Brinda Front office team cordinated well chef thomas provided good food.

It was nice experience with manikantan there for us every time and we got complimentary celebrations for our anniversary.
