This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

The ambience and hospitality was very good. All the staffs were very cooperative. Thanks to chef Karim for baking our anniversary cake. Overall it was a great experience. It was nice stay, we have enjoyed a lot. And it made our 1st anniversary really amazing.

Lunch at the Pavillion was a pleasant experience. The staff was warm, the service was excellent and the food was par excellence. The variety in the menu was vast. The flavors were very authentic. The food served was hot and fresh. Thank you Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Prithvi , and Ms.***athri.

We went for new year’s . There was a Gala dinner celebration with exquisite decorations. done by carving whole fruits. It was done by our own Chef Raja. The Chef was very welcoming and catered to all our needs!

Had a very good week long stay at fortun sullivan at Ooty. Its a wonderful property with a welcoming staff , well maintained garden n outdoors. The breakfast spread has variety and the staff takes care of all the little things guest need to make the stay comfortable. There is also a bonfire on the house and evening live piano makes the entrance lobby all the more relaxed.

Just an amazing! Stayed here for 27th April to 29th in this resort and had an amazing stay. Right from check-in and room and the most favourite is their staffs of restaurant i would say complete food and beverage team is well trained and professional. Loveed their hospitality great food and excellent service. I would like to mentioned special staff Mr Dinesh and good and beverage ***ager Mr Prabhakar Thakur. I would definitely recommend to visit atleast once.

The hotel room was clean and neat. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. This is my first trip for ooty with my family members. I booked for Deluxe Mountain view which has a beautiful view . The people in the reception especially Sindhu and Shwetha were very helpful, not just on checkin but also in giving directions to various tourist spots. They got a cheerful personality with a great smile .The location is just perfect for a walk around the commercial road and for shopping places.
