El hotel, realmente no se puede decir más, Eva, quien nos gestiono todo en el hotel, es un 9,9 en amabilidad I profesionalidad. No como la app trip.com que nos dejo vendidas a las 2 partes con la poca claridad en la reserva enviada a ambas partes. Pero el jotel, totalmente recomendable, seguro que volveré.

We parked in a neighboring paid parking lot about 7 minutes walk, as the hotel parking was full. The room in the photo during booking had a balcony, but our room did not. The room had very little furniture to put our belongings on which was a problem because there were many ants on the room floor and in the bathroom and there was residual trash on the floor. The bed was comfortable, but there was no ventilation in the room such as a fan or A/C, and there were too many bugs outside to open the windows.
The location is central in Ordino with restaurants in walkin distance.

To be a 3 star hotel, quite good. Clean and very friendly people really. The furniture is a bit old, but let's freak out because the TV in the room had free Netflix. Of course, the heating is too high... we will repeat for a mini getaway, just to sleep!

The hotel is located on the main street of Ordino, a few meters from the church and opposite the tourist office. We are a family with two children. We stayed in a two-story room with two bathrooms, so our children had their own space. The room was comfortable and cozy. The treatment of all the hotel staff towards us has been exquisite, very friendly and cordial. Totally recommended.
