The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. On the evening I arrived, it took me around 40 minutes by bus with traffic to reach the hotel from the centre of Andorra, which felt a bit long. The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience."
