Great location, yet there're regular noise at night which keep us awake.

The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel is very new, and the sanitary environment is good. It is a pity that the room was arranged directly opposite the elevator. The sound of opening and closing the elevator is loud, so I can't have a good rest. There are constant sounds of moving things upstairs. Although the front desk can change the room, However, since we were not on the same floor as my friends, we did not change. We added a room with double breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9:30. The menu was single and there were no fruits, yogurt, or eggs around 9:00.

Stayed here dozens of times when it was a Comfort Suites. Had nothing but good remarks. This time was different. Breakfast was an extra charge. Parking lot lights only worked one night all week. Prices are fair and rooms are clean. Great location. Could just be a one off situation. Not a recognizable name. If I hadn’t stayed prior I would have found a different property.

The hotel is clean and totally remodeled. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the reservation when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. I liked the free breakfast and the room could accommodate six. I didn’t like the beds were smaller than expected or the shower heads. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are looking for a decent room at a good price.

My family’s loved the hotel and I enjoyed the cleanest when we walked into the lobby. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms for the 5 of us. Close to everything. Will go back.

Check in process is quite lengthy and required lots of documentation for each person. For our viewpoint an unnecessary requirement. It seems as though they only have 1 computer to do check-ins as well so there’s a chance you may have to wait to be served. Otherwise a satisfactory hotel.

Excellent conditions of room and interior of property. The area around the hotel must still be under construction since it’s tucked away behind weeds and fields. The staff was excellent and the lobby was spacious, clean and fragrant.

Came here to visit my son. Typical 2 night stay. The hotel is somewhat new I believe, very clean, very up to date, friendly staff, decent free breakfast, nearby is every eatery and store you can think of. Good location. I recommend it. Only concern was alot of road work going on nearby which causes traffic jams and confusion and unless you have GPS, pulling into the road that brings you to the hotel is difficult to find. There’s no big hotel sign or marker but I’m sure that’ll be rectified soon. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Look forward to staying here again.

Seriously the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in years. Breakfast had a nice variety, just be sure to be down by 9:00.

My reservation was with free breakfast they charged me extra $10 for breakfast. They have a poir communication skills. The hotel guest got tĥe screen shot from my phone to prove i have reservation with free breakfast, but they still charged me extra this is ridiculous. Will not be staying here anymore. And the breakfast selection is very poor

This hotel is awesome. It’s clean, quite, up to date. I traveled alone and I felt safe at all times. Breakfast was well worth the low cost. The only drawback was that with traffic 3 blocks away, I felt safer driving to food then walking to food. There is a Winn Dixie within walking distance (2 blocks). Disney Springs is only 1.9 miles but the traffic is heavy.

Enjoyed my stay! The hotel was cleaned, smelled good, and the rooms were very nice and spacious! Will definitely be staying here again!
