In town for a concert with my teen daughter and friends. Felt safe walking to and from the Kia center. The hotel is in a great location with parking across the street. They have complimentary cocktail hour and a wonderful free breakfast. Rooms weee clean and spacious.

The hotel was beautiful, clean comfortable and right in the heart of downtown Orlando. Only issue I had was when I booked it said the room was a 1/2 a mile from the Orange County Convention Center and in reality they are not remotely close to each other. Other than that the hotel was we great. Not sure if they is the fault of the hotel or *******.

Very nice hotel and a staff that was helpful and accommodating. One thing to improve is the access to gluten-free and allergy friendly foods at the breakfast.

Had to park across the street but it was a very easy walk. Hotel was nice with a welcome party at the bar from 5:30-7:30pm. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again for events at Kia Center.

Our stay was fine, the breakfast good, as well as the complimentary happy hour.
The room decor is dated, however very clean. The location and staff are good. There were problem issues.....only one elevator was working and the lobby and atrium area had loud, out of control guests until 2:00am. Every room is open to the atrium and these distractions can be clearly heard in the guest suites.

Three out of four days we did not receive wash cloths or hand towels or replenish our coffee supplies. Also, was told that I would not receive credit towards my Hilton Honors because they served free breakfast. Never had been told that before.

Had a fabulous night here! The complimentary happy hour and breakfast far exceeded our expectations! Close to everything in downtown, clean, and easy to navigate around. Would absolutely stay here again.
