The room was okay, nothing to rave about. We were infested with tiny spiders but they didn’t bother me. The location was perfect, walking distance to icon park and other restaurants and attractions, that’s pretty much the best part. The resort itself was nice and the food was good as well.

Parking extremely difficult during the night. There’s not enough parking in this hotel. I had to park near the gas station along with several others. Luckily my car wasn’t towed.

The lobby and front desk folks were super friendly and helpful. The room left a little to be desired with the slamming bathroom door, the toilet 4” from the bathtub but 3’ from the tp roll. Parking was very convenient and close to a lot restaurants and icon park. The tv channels weren’t great options but it is what it is with that. Ac unit was lousy and knocking all night but kept the room cold! For the price and location id stay here again for a quick one night trip.

Lobby and pool area is nice. Cafe by the pool was good. Rooms/buildings were a little outdated. Rooms are almost soundproof. There was loud music playing outside and we didn’t hear it until we opened the door.

The family room with bunk beds was great for our family with kids. That’s about it. The room was musty, the bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like urine & mildew. The bunk beds for kids had a fitted sheet & top sheet only. No blanket for kids. A room down the hall from us had a mountain of trash sitting outside the room with snack boxes, empty alcohol bottles, dirty blankets. Really trashy. The whole place was run down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable for park days when you are only going to sleep at the hotel

Very well located hotel with free parking

The property was average. They couldn't find my reservation I spent an hour trying to check in. I wasnt given the room I originally booked.the manger was not very friendly and nobody even apologized for the delay. I was late to a show because the check in was so long.

We are from Leesburg, FL just a little get a way for my birthday. The property was clean and staff was nice. The building is older and it shows in some places. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Great location. We will be back!

Rooms were not ready u til two hours after check in. The security and maintenance staff were great. The check in and reception staff were horrible . Totally disinterested, very slow, and not remotely interested in speaking or acknowledging guests checking in. That was the experience of everyone in that line . The check in staff and their manager are the sole reason I would not consider staying there again. Worst I’ve seen and I travel a lot .

Our stay was awful. We checked in and got our room key. We were not even there for an hour when someone walked in on me as I was getting dressed, it turned out the front desk clerk did not correctly, book the room and allowed someone else with access to our room. It was an uncomfortable experience overall.

Super dirty old property very loud. Phone wasn't connected, tv wasn't connected, fridge wasnt connected. Will never stay here every again.

Door didn’t lock so they had to replace and property is so spread out and confusing. Also a lot of noise from the WaWa behind it.
