Cleanliness was not good. Didn’t clear dirty dishes, cups, etc. didn’t clean coffee pot, didn’t replace soap, didn’t clean until 4 or 5 pm. One day didn’t clean at all. Had to ask front desk for cleaning. Bed was very uncomfortable, slanted. Very cold. Saw one person leave hotel due to cold temps. Disappointed overall. Would not say there again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

When you looked at Hotel pictures in ******* you will see happy employee serving bacon to people this is lie, we never see bacons in our 1 week stay, to many people in breakfast time and they close and shutdown 10 am, don’t trust the photos

The service was polite. The pool was clean and somewhat heated. A good amount of hair in the bathroom from the prior guests. The room we stayed in (216) had an extremely loud noise when the air turned off so approximately every 30 minutes. The house was quite loud and made sleeping miserable. I’m not sure if this is an issue with other rooms but I’d be hesitant to stay again fearing that I’d again get no sleep.
The breakfast wasn’t too bad. Some other local hotels do have better tasting options.
Close enough to the attractions that it can be a benefit to stay here for the parks.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and room. We stayed in a a king Suite. Parking is free which is rare being so close to Disney Springs. We look forward to staying here again!
Breakfast is a wonderful hot buffet with an automatic pancake maker, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bagels and bread, juice coffee, hasbrowns. The dining room is large and the hours carry weekday vs weekend. I appreciate the hours are later on the weekend.

Stayed over one night. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a nice bonus, plenty of selections to chose from. Suite had a separate sitting room with with plenty of seating to watch tv. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel. Newer furnishings. Nice to have two TVs in a suite. Convenient location. Only 15 minutes away from most of the Disney parks.
