The room was quite nice and the breakfast was very simple. There is a shuttle bus that leaves Universal Studios at 8:50 and returns at 5:30, but if you want to go early, you should take a taxi.

Excellent location, need a small improvements im the building. But in general is good, breakfast met expectations. This is our second time in this hotel.

My first time in Orlando and it was GREAT!!!! The guys working at the front desk, Arthur and Wallie were so helpful. Whenever I had a question, they were more than willing to help. Breakfast was good, the place was clean… I’d definitely stay there in the future.

Staff very helpful- check in process takes too long due to paperwork. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Did not eat there.

The microwave in our room did not work; the alarm clock went off at 5;30 AM - unable to shut it off, had to un-plug it from the wall.

The sound of the air conditioner and the sound of the toilet ventilator was so loud that it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good.

The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and polite. The rooms are ok. Pillows are not good, I woke up with pain in my neck and during the morning I couldn’t sleep because the housekeeper was talking loud and not respecting the guests even after I called the front desk to complain.
